So I’ve seen alot of talk about sequels to game and i really love tower behind the moon. So how would a prequel too the game go. I think it could be easier we would get to adventure with our dead friends, meet Bramble and get too build up our mc. We already know how it ends but how did our mc start would be a cool game.
That’s a good one actually. I did not see Prequels so far, or as to how it all began.
As i am writing Equia, this has popped into my mind as well, to create a Prequel for it. Having crazy ideas at 3 AM talking about madness.
It is a shame there are no prequels for the games out there, or maybe i was just unlucky and never bumped into one. Though glad to see someone is interested in those.
It’s great idea to be honest, creating prequels at some point would offer a rather unique perspective and can be interesting material as if to how it all started.
I did once imagine a rather odd format for a novel series–instead of going forward, from the first book which would chronologically be the last to the final which would chronologically be the first, a book series that slowly goes backwards with each edition showing the reader how the ending of the first book came about… But the idea itself is a little too weird to execute under any normal circumstances, even if you carefully built up the entire series before publishing them in the reverse ordering, because the narrative would still be “moving forward” in a sense.
Getting back on topic, there are plenty of cases where people would love to see what a ‘prequel’ story is like for various tales they’ve enjoyed.
