Hey @EvilChani I tried the furry game LOL but I got blindfolded all the time and was really bothersome to struggle, so I just stopped. I liked more that one that you talked about with me on DM some time ago. That one was actually a cute monster f***** game

I had the same issue. My MC kicked the shit out of her (I thought you could force her into submission and make her help you), but all that did was make her mad. Had to go back and apologize to keep the story going.
I changed the settings at one point to have more human interaction, lol. Like you, I’m not really a fan of furries. I ended up pretending it’s just alien species that look like half human/demon/canine/feline/whatever to keep going. I get too big of a kick out of the game and the animations to quit yet. Plus, I’m curious to see if that feline chick ever manages to get my MC out of prison. Or if there’s a way to take over the damned place.
@RenataC You just needed to get your BDSM skills up. After you do that, you can get out of blindfolds in a snap. My MC locked herself in the stocks and kept breaking free to upgrade her skills. Now she slaps iron cuffs on people while she’s fighting them, which is hilarious because they struggle while she pounds them into mincemeat.
I’m glad you like the monster f***er game, though! I think there’ll be an update for that one soon. I’m still waiting on an update to Burning Red. I can’t wait for more of that one!

I will say this again, it’s a crime that a game so good as Blades of Light and Shadow is relesead in such a terrible platform like Choices. I just want the option of buy this and play whenever I want, (and the feature of SAVE MY GAME), is this too much to ask?

Here’s another recommendation. The last route for this game was released this month, it has four routes in total. It’s very cheap (starting with one dollar) and it’s really good. You play as Nova, and the setting is a world with Art Nouveu visuals. I only played Felix’s route, but I am interested in Alasdair.

Some of these boys remind me of the characters of MeChat (it’s… kind of a mobile otome game where you play in a chat app. Is one of those “fremium” games, and, to be honest, it’s lame as hell, because the writing is terrible abd the stories most of the time don’t make any sense. I play sometimes when I’m bored LOL)

Be careful about that one, it’s not quite what it seems.
I thought it’s pure sexy furry fun like Fenoxo’, but then I was smashed by storyline about cuty kitty
suffering from debilitating alcoholism with near total personality loss like in Disco Elysium and her suicide attempts while accidently being pregnant with my child.
I mean, that was written very well. But not quite sexy-funny anymore. But later, of course, you could cure her from alcoholism with BDSM practices.

Yeah, I reached a point where I was getting nowhere (mainly because all the stories involved the cat women, where you had to sex them up), but my husband kept going and got to that dark part of the story. Rahi, I think? And with the other one whose mind they broke, he turned her completely corrupted and said it got kind of ugly.
I’ve probably gone as far as I intend with the game, and will just hear how it ends from my husband. He seems to be enjoying it, despite the darkness. I liked it because it was fun and kind of funny (my MC walking around with every piece of bondage gear in existence and trying to get out of it cracked me up for some reason, as did beating the shit out of guards and then submitting to them). But I’m not into how that story, and the overall story, is going.
Thanks for the warning, though! I’m still kind of tempted to write some mods for it and give a way out of the prison that’s a bit less… icky. I just don’t know if the author would let me merge it in or not.

I looked at the page and it seems it is not 50k but 150k! (30k for the common route + 20k for each of the six routes) overall doesn’t seem unreasonable for the price point, though my broke ass will wait for a sale lol

Aah you’re right, the wordcount is for each route I think they will release this game on Steam too, where will be cheaper for me to buy it (hopefully on a sale - most of the games have a discount on release week)

Steam’s release date was set on the dev’s twitter as yesterday, but I think they are solving some bugs in the game before the release

Our Life is, undoubtedly, my favourite visual novel of all time, telling an amazing character driven story across decades. Whereas the first Our Life was summer beach vibes, Our Life: Now & Forever is cottagecore fall vibes and I can’t wait. I love Our Life! I recently played Baxter’s DLC, and I was almost sure I couldn’t forgive him because he broke my heart. But as the story went on, it wasn’t a stretch to say that the game made my character fall in love with him again. Amazing. I love how GB Patch portrays relationships and how we can react to everything in our character’s orbit. Cove still is my sweetheart Ocean Boy, but I really liked him as our bestie in Baxter’s story too.
About Our Life Now & Forever, I will make an effort to suport them on kickstarter. I love Qiu so much.
