No, you just need Science 3+. Higher levels in Science and Medicine are more helpful.
Has the game been updated?
Seems so. At least the version number increased. (I had to delete the downloaded games from the omnibus for the update to register though.)

Progressed a bit. Gotta say, the dialogues between characters seem so out of place compared to last parts of the games. The transition is weird and feels like there are missing dialogues. Although, I can’t really say what part and what, but something about it feels dull. Other than that, a lot of the descriptions and details are still very consistent.
Is anyone else getting the bug where they take massive morale and allegiance penalties in part 3 due to lack of large summer clothing, large winter clothing, medium summer clothing, medium winter clothing, small summer clothing and small winter clothing. There is no where to scavenge these items in part 3 but getting severe penalties the day after you arrive at Eli’s

How do i get the beyond human achievement
It’s not attainable atm. Probably has something to do with the research zeta storyline. Hope this helps.

There’s a bug after going to the college and deciding what to build and do on our camp downtime the game is taking 2000 water and food no matter how I set the rations. I didn’t have a problem with food or water before this despite having the same number of survivors.
I have the exact same issue
before I was using 500 water but now I am using 3000? Before I was using 2000 food and now I am using 4000? I build a smoke house and a hog pen and neither of those should increase my water requirements by 6 and double my food requirements

Chapter 13.
- On the way to the drugs / Payne, choose to deal with the Wendigo
- Choose to lock it inside a storage container
- Volunteer to do this yourself
- If you have: low will (<50) / delusions /claustrophobia, you need athletics < 85 to fail. Otherwise, athletics < 65
- Select “#Elsie is right. It’s only a matter of time before I turn. It’s best if I leave the group to avoid hurting anyone”
And then you’ll become a Wendigo.
