OMG just speechless! I had stopped CoG/Hosted Games for a while and am slowly catching up with the catalog, but Samurai of Hyuga is something I could never have stopped. I replayed all 3 books and just got done with Book 4. My god, the roller coaster of emotions this story took me on! I never would have thought that I would fall for Junko when playing through the first 3 installments, but goddamn how I need her! Her twisted and horrifying past just broke me and not to mention that ending!
Honestly @MultipleChoice you are an amazing author and I count this entire game series in my top 5 fav games of ALL TIME. I just wanted to clarify something the save system will only pop up once Book 5 is released or am I missing something?
Pretty much sums up how I felt at the end of the gameâŚ
The book and very good managed to move me in the end the end made me cry because it took the person I cared most and seeing the comments I saw that many people did not like the relationship of MC and Jun/ko And they proposed that her participation in the series should end at the end of book 4, making the end a redemption of her. I just wanted to ask the author not to do that, there are many people Who like Jun/ko and want a happy ending with her and that if possible they can make endings that please both sides, both those who like Jun/ko and those who donât like it and that she didnât need a Redemption to stay with us I like her the way she doesnât want her to become a generic character who became a good guy Thank you very much for the book I really enjoyed 4 but than the others For the time I spent with Jun / ko And I wanted to ask if if she comes back in book 5 or 6 sheâs gone to hell will affect her pregnancy for whoever chose to get her pregnant
The story gives off the vibe that its going to get worse before it gets better. Maybe the ending wont be super happy, but I cant see it being depressing or anything.
I have to confess, this is the first series that got me hooked(no offense to other writers, theyâre great too) and Iâd really hope that there will be a choice between Momoko and Masami(female shugenja) and maybe a choose-your-own-ending
Nobody officially said anything, but it can easily be expected.
Jun/ko is too important of a character (I feel) to be killed off, at least so soon.
Think about it, so far, no important character has died or left the story. Every time a character âseemsâ to have died, we never actually see them die and they come back later.
For all I know, the author will kill them off or we just wonât ever see them again. But I am pretty confident that they wonât do that.
It will be interesting to see how Jun/ko returns from being physically trapped in the spirit world and at what point in Book 5 or Book 6 this would occur and what consequences this would have from the companions.
Junko and the Ronin seemed to have an intertwined destiny, at least when it came to thwarting Ichiro.
I also wonder if weâve seen the last of Ichiro since I think he was sort of still alive in his physically reduced state, although maybe heâll remain that way perpetually as a kind of punishment for his dark deeds in Hokusei.
Hey guys, i havnt been in here since book 4 was released, but i have just finished an entire replay of book 1 to 4, i was surprised to find that i could save my game, hosted only allow that when the next book is not too far away from release, has there been any word about book 5s progress?
