Speaking as a tester who got to play as a Galestalker before the new Gifts were even working properly … there is absolutely enough new content to make the new clans a distinct experience.

I’ve downloaded the app from the Google Play store and only see an option for the $14.99 upgrade.
Does this upgrade contain both DLCs or are those separate purchases?
$14.99 is the purchase price of the game itself. Once you’ve paid for the game, you’ll be able to buy the DLC upgrades.

Damn, more DLC already? I get that its Paradox, but the game had DLC on release, how much more content was stripped from the main package to be sold as DLC later?
Do we know if there are more planned DLC after this one?
Yes one more dlc which include 2 more tribes the Red Talons and the Silent Striders.

They need Paradox to approved of the writing and what is canon and such but not how it sell. This isn’t a regular game to be stripped and sell major part of the content as DLCs, it is an IF and it’s 1.6 million words.
The DLCs is like 2-3$ and is optional unless you want to play the tribes in it, if you didn’t want to then nothing was missed.
Also wdym already ? The second DLC took 6 month, there isn’t a team of programmers behind the game waiting a few weeks to release part of the game that is already done, the author have to actually write all of it for the DLC himself. There is a clear different between traditional game and an IF, even for indie pixel game.

Nothing has been “stripped out” to be sold as DLC. This is all new content Kyle has been hard at work writing since the game was released. He’s currently writing-writing-writing on DLC 3 to give readers even more original content.
If this is more content than you need or want, you’re free to not purchase it.

When trying to get Ms clear invite at office. I only have 1 option I can succeed at. But it says, I don’t want confrontation. NO! I just know I CAN’T succeed without infiltrating the building instead! Has NOTHING to do with confrontation. No intimidation or persuasion. I would be walked out if I tried same thing. That’s another scene I find annoying.
Play to my strengths/skills tends to get me punished in few scenes. Quite annoying.
try visiting the cave at different times or after completing other activities
The issue that was causing this person’s difficulty has been fixed with a patch.

I’m playing as a Galestalker Ahourn, full moon and I’m trying to get the Wardstone gift. It says “As an Honorable Galestalker who respects the Old Ways, you can learn the runes of warding”. But the option to get gift isn’t appearing.

I did but they told me that this wasn’t necessarily a bug - there can be other requirements, depending on the timeline of the game. They Recommended posting my question to the forums.
