Midsummer night's choice thoughts and thanks

If I had to do it again, I would have made that a whole romance path at the end of the game. I guess that’s hindsight.

Or inspiration for your next project. Positive thinking does help

I loved so much The bear part. I am a Shakespeare lover. So I trust you as a writer. But please, don’t do stats like Empyrean again. I like the story however the stats totally made the game unpleasant and un playable as role player

I loved the part where you meet your mother … you captured Shakespearean faeries in their grandeur and flaws and that is hard to do especially after Tolkien and the Grim brothers.

Ooh, romancing evil twin clone, the ultimate act of narcissism that would have been great actually. Would they have acted in the play with you too, like the other RO’s?
Ah well, as the others said, hopefully it has now turned into some fantastic inspiration for future works.

As someone who didn’t like Empyrean’s ambiguous stat naming, I feel you. But I think Midsummer handled it much better. I, at least, rarely felt like I didn’t understand what a choice was refering to.

I love this game. It was really funny for me. It has that light comedy Shakespeare vibe. Stats are ok. At least compared with Empyrean.

I only have one opposed stat in my upcoming game. It’s soothing/abrasive, as a quality of the MC’s personality.

I never played Empyrean. I should look at the demo to see how the stats work.

I recommend you play your games and others too, trying to look how stuff flows through and what reader will see. Code is too technical, you need see what an average reader will see. Like if you rp a character and be in middle between tech vs art you are sometimes a technical guy who doesn’t know who painted the Guioconda or same chapter you are describing techniques in old school painting.

Edit Here your stats flow well however, there is times where I feel the stats grow weirdly too. Lile why be x decreased Y. Also dad is an asshole

(You know I didn’t write Empyrean, right?–I’m sure you know, but that post sounded like you might have thought I did.)

jah You caught me!! I discovered today you weren’t the author. Read it you have similar flow style and humor. But still My advice is valid anytime. You abused too of opposite stats.

#YOU CAUGHT MY EPIC FAIL YOU ARE A CLEVER JEDI GOWER.

I like that I am clever for knowing which games I did and didn’t write.

Did anyone manage to get good reviews on the play and make it a tragedy?

Loved this game, really well written, everything and i Mean EVERYTHING was perfect, most cog games lack humor but this one was amazing (the bear part lol and “i swoon” XD).

Even my friends are loving it, thanks to the aurthor for creating a wonderful story out of a wonderful story!

Mine turned to a comedy .

Heard there are 23 endings…how we get them…?

The same happened to me, only it I never got the achievement to tragedy. I think it must high nobility or wit.

And on the endings, I think a few are just a bit different from each other, with minor changes here and there. A good way to find them would be to change who wins the Battle fo the Bed.

I did it as a drama, but I can’t remember how I did it. I didn’t like this game, so I don’t remember a lot of things.

True, i had two additional endings today once with duke and one with the queen. epilogue changes slightly but was mostly same it also depends on your Ro. But no matter which end, i cant stop complementing this fine masterpiece. Glad i stumbled upon this one. Worth the price!

My friend found this so im posting it here
