Looking forward to see how Eyulf interacts with our MC and ROs. I can already see some of the snarky, playful comments Daisy is going to make.
Summary
If MC didn’t sleep with Winter:
“Well, at least we have a cute landlord”, Daisy teases.
“Cute as in I have to be worried?”, you tease back.
She smirks at your comment. “Cute as in, I might just ‘forget’ to pay rent once in a while, especially if there’s a quarantined town somewhere that you need to go save”, she adds with a wink.
“Unless”, she pulls close to you until you are both adjoined at the hips while she bats her eyelashes playfully, “you give me a reason to remember.”
If MC slept with Winter:
“Well, at least we have a cute landlord”, Daisy teases.
“Cute as in I have to be worried?”, you tease back.
“Have some faith in me, babe.” She pouts, as her hands slide around your waist. “Not all of us jumps at every attractive half-elf that answers the door”.
“Or changling”, she quickly adds with a smirk.
You sigh, “Any chance I’ve made it up to you enough to let that go?”
She leans in close. Her sweet scent downright intoxicating to your senses as she whispers in your ear, “I’ll let you know when you’re getting close”, before pulling away with a playful wink.

Eh hope those aren’t the type of comments they’ll make. Saying they’ll forget to pay rent so they can see the landlord while we’re away if we don’t satisfy them enough isn’t really playful/snarky, just lowers any trust I had in them 
. I would think it would be something different after everything that happened in Sordwin, especially if you were faithful.

Still don’t really believe Daisy would make that joke since they’re past trying to push you away, all that comment does is lower trust you had in her.

I think it seems very in character for D. I guess everyone takes it differently, but it just seems like playful joking to me.

I think her being playful is totally in character, but going back and reading I wonder if she’d more likely roll her eyes at MC [like with the “adorable healer” on Sordwin, if you say something about him probably not being able to handle a one-on-one with her]–>because she’s never a cheater, & apparently not fond of past partners who hinted or expected it of her [particularly clear during argument next to Winter, if you claim she’d cheat if given the opportunity, “wow. you’re just like everyone else”].
So maybe she’d joke about you two together bringing the landlord in, more than singularly? but I wonder if D’s gotten past that 3rd person in the mix after Sordwin [ref: D wanting you all to themselves at the end].
Also, maybe, MC is more likely to agree (as a tease back), claiming MC could even easily “offer some of their special talents” to help lower the rent… Then get some passionate [thinly-veiled worried] reaction, similar to D’s response to MC saying Oriana must have liked what MC had to offer [ref: planning how to get to/ off the island].
…I do wonder if that will become a [somewhat manipulative?] habit for MC, as a way to get sudden affection, &/or reassure themselves D still wants(/secretly loves) them?

More musings:
Despite Daisy always voicing when she thinks something’s a bad idea (e.g. leading to high likelyhood of MC’s death), she’s still been very good at trusting MC’s judgement & wanting to go with them. with that in mind, would she tease a playful threat to stay behind and cheat?
I originally thought Daisy’s response you gave was fine & similar enough to canon references on Sordwin of dangerous forests or you decide to learn more of dangerous situations in the past. but yeah, now I think she’d totally tease something else… but what?

That’s a clever (and per usual, deep) analysis. Though I still think that suggestive playful teasing (even if about romancing others) isn’t too off-par if used sparingly, since it is, after all, just playful teasing. Maybe if it was written a bit differently or slightly more vague/hinted at with a wink and a nudge? (“Wink and a nudge” being a figure of speech here, of course). I still really like D’s teasing in @Inflation_Risk’s short fanfiction, especially the “If MC slept with Winter” bit, but this could very well just be personal preference. I do, after all, love to make the same sort of teasings in real life.
Though the mindset & reaction of the MC would obviously vary, I love this. This entire paragraph, love every little analysis in it.

I love this. That’s a great idea to trigger some Daisy interactions where she shows her poorly hidden “possessive” side. Sort of like the first book where she sees the MC and Leah together, then states that she doesn’t like to share. These have to be few and far between though. Wouldn’t want a clingy Daisy, because that would be just awful 
If that’s you overthinking then I say overthink away! Keep the analysis coming!

The Sordwin edit is now finished and I can go back to working on Lux! Did some work on some of the career paths over the weekend and it felt so good to be back working on new stuff! Keep watching for more updates over the next few weeks

It has already been uploaded on Apple. I don’t have the Google or Seam versions but I assume they have also updated.
