Lords of Aswick - Out Now!

The only way to save him is if you side with John, all the others will kill him.

No, she was taking care of you. Your character was just too old.

Going to the crusades will give you another ending, the end you your is the happiest for those who stayed in Norwall.
You can’t marry Lady Elizabeth.

I’ve gotta ask, is there any way to Survive as the King’s Pit? It seems that no matter what I do, I always get poisoned by the daughter, regardless of choices at the litter, discovering the Crown Prince is behind the meddling in the realm, etc.

I’m having a real issue with the supposed bisexual route, the games just assumes I’m gay despite never having sex with a man. And even after I had sex with a woman and then married said woman.

Okay, so if Hosted Games aren’t allowed here, just tell me and I’ll remove this, but there doesn’t seem to be a sub for Hosted Games exclusively. So I’ve been playing Lords of Aswick for a while now and it’s pretty good, one of the best things is trying to get additional baronies, but I can’t for the life of me figure out how to get Darrow. Now there will be spoilers so keep that in mind.

According to the official guide by the guy that made the game, to get Darrow you first need to become the baron of Steminster in the tourney before the civil war. For that you need to taunt the enemy when having Courtesy at 64 or higher, as well as Nobility at 55 or higher. Then in the tourney after the civil war, to be awarded with Darrow you need to have either Valour at 70 or higher or your Courtesy at 65 or lower, as well as Humility below 50. I have no idea how to manage get my stats there. Is there a way to make sure my Courtesy stays at 65? Getting Valour to 70 seems nearly impossible since I need to focus on Steminster first. Sorry if this is messy.

Edit: For those that are interested, I figured it out. When you choose what was most interesting for you as a child, choose Valour, then choose Nobility. After that when you get in service to the Duke, choose to increase your valour again when asked what you spent most of your time doing (riding with knights). Then, when you’re still a squire (but after the hastilude) and get one more option to increase your stats, choose nobility, this brings it up to about 45 (it should increase enough over time naturally) and after that focus on Courtesy. Increase it when you see the option for it.

Then, when Norwall goes to war it Valmagne you will later become Baron of Aswickdale and get to go home to make sure things are going smoothly (You should also have enough nobility to choose " Why not go bigger" which is the profitable option for the Barony in the long run) and then you can choose to train your own skills. Choose etiquette first and then train your body. When you get back to the war you will be put in charge of some men behind the front lines and asked on how feel about it. If you choose to say the true glory is with the other knights, your valour increases. If you choose to say you were meant to lead, your courtesy increases. Not sure about the third option. Then, way later, when there is a new king and you’re about to enter Lionmane Keep, you can either choose to chase after the horse thief ,increases valour, or enter the keep ,increases courtesy. Again, not sure about the third option. That’s all that I’ve noticed that should get you Darrow. (As I said, stats increase over time so it should be enough when you get to it)

@Goshman Is it possible to get both the special sword and ‘go bigger’ economy-wise in the same playthrough? I’ve tried a bunch of combinations but it doesn’t seem possible.

You can focus on developing your nobility stats to unlock “go bigger” option. If you are stuck with special sword, you can try not going to the hastilude with the duke.

Edit: @ClaimedMinotaur Like I said, focus on your nobility and choose not going to the hastilude with the duke. In this path, you will escort Lady Catherine to the city. As long as you prove yourself a brave knight, you will get the sword.

I’ve managed to get each one individually but I can’t seem to get them together. The sword is a reward from the hastilude so in order to get it you have to go.

Yes. Yes, it is.

Gotcha. I’ll try that.

You can get the special sword at the hastilude by having high nobility to start (choose nobility as your favorite stat). Then choose nobility in the period after the hastilude, and you should be able to go bigger. Works every time for me.

If you still have this guide would you mind sending it to me?

How do you know when you have gotten Marguerite pregnant

You will know when she comes to marry you (in Chapter 4; impregnation occurs in Chapter 3).

New here and just downloaded the game two weeks ago. Love it. I only ended legendary one time and that was when I got Stephen on the throne. But I can’t remember what I did? Every other time I support the kid it’s says I don’t have enough allies and we lose. I even had the mercs and help from Crusaders

You would need the support from the nobles. If you are going to support Stephen, then they are essential to your cause.
After all, Stephen is a bastard, and lacking the legitmacy which other two claimants have.

Anybody become a Crusader? I’m able to go sort of far with it but I get poisoned everytime

Yeah. I think you have to try and fail to put someone on the throne then you get exiled.
