I would like to know if you would allow me to produce transformative works (reviews, let’s plays etc.) using video footage from Community College Hero as I would love to make a let’s play series for it on my channel.
Further to this, would you allow me to take advantage of YouTube’s Partner Program which places advertisements on the videos we make?
@jasonstevanhill, What should I say? My first thought was that this is CoG’s decision to make, since this person is attempting to earn $ from video footage of CoG’s program. Maybe I’m overthinking this, since apparently there are tons of Let’s Plays out there and I assume most or all of those folks attempt in some way to monetize their videos?
