You get it! They’re easy enough to ignore (not on the Seven route), but their jealousy is bemusing, especially when MC straight up does not fuck with Seven. Like, how are you mad at me for Seven’s obsession?

I’m so glad I chose Blake there - I still have yet to replay (I was up waaaaay too late as it was) but it was a good first choice. Loving this character.

I need to choose them in my next playthrough. Currently playing my second mc who’s shy & has secret crush on Orion. Want to see if there’s any hidden scenes. I know O doesn’t feature as much this chapter anyways lol but worth a shot

I love ironic names like this. I may steal it and name one of my MCs “Pax”. Using “Nadezhda” (“hope”) would be perfect for this game in an ironic sense, but I’m already using that name elsewhere and it’s equally as ironic, because she has none. I’ve tried to find another name that means “hope” that I like (other than, you know, “Hope”), but can’t find one. I guess I could use Nadia…
Also, I’m out of likes, but wanted to like everything above. 
Same, so I just want to ruin them. Every Savina shippy moment this game shoves down my gullet, the more I hate Avina. And they aren’t going anywhere. 
Yet another reason I’m convinced Savina is the author’s preferred OTP.
I still think it’s reciprocated. While I agree Seven isn’t as uninhibited with Avina as they were with the MC, I think it’s totally reciprocated. I still see Seven’s reluctance to let Avina meet Lucy as a self-protective mechanism, keeping their family life and “friend/SO” life separate so, should something bad happen, it doesn’t feel as tragic. Really, it’s what they’re doing with MC in the VD special, holding back and not committing or going all-in because they don’t want to get hurt. That’s how I see it, anyway.

Elpis is Greek and is a name of manifestation of it. There are also Esperanza, Yuki and Nada. Behind The Name really helps in that regard.
Ooh, I like Epis (El as a nickname, maybe) and Nada. I should’ve used Nada for Mindblind, due to the double meaning. I think I’ll go with Nada…

No problem! It’s kind of funny, my Infamous kids are named for things they lack as well. Anna’s name comes from Hannah and means favour and grace (of which she has none), Ivan’s means “may God be merciful” (… poor guy).
Yeah, and that’s bad, IMO. That makes it immediately not reciprocal because Avina is expending energy that Seven isn’t returning. Seven knows everything about them, but Avina doesn’t get that in return? Wack. And we see that when confronted with both Avina and MC in the same small space, MC still wins out, which is also kind of wack if you’re looking at it from Avina’s POV.

I WILL DEFINITELY NEED AN AVINA POV OF THAT CAR RIDE BY GOD. The face they made when Seven reached out when my MC, Paz literally was gonna leave the car to tell her to stay, it was delicious, as if they didn’t even know Seven. It was glorious I need to see their headspace during that car ride.

I don’t actually think Avina is an MC replacement, to be clear. I don’t think they’re in a battle for Seven’s affection (knowingly…?), but I do think Avina is a reflection of everything that went wrong with MC and Seven’s dynamic, just doubled because Seven’s trying to fix the problem without fixing the core issues that lead to the breakdown in Seven and MC’s relationship. They think they can keep the behavior without the intimacy and it just leads to mixed signals.
I think Avina’s issues have nothing to do with Seven, but are compounded by Seven’s personality. They want to be a caretaker because Seven seems fragile, but if they’re ever going to grow up, Seven needs someone to hold them accountable, not coddle them.

So at the end of the new demo I apparently had been cheating with Victoria? I was on the solo Griffin route. This must be a bug right?

It’s interesting that in other forums if I don’t go in for a day or two there are at most 20 or 25 new conversations but in this one I didn’t go in for a day and when I came back I had 128 NEW CONVERSATIONS (I don’t know if that’s good or bad but without doubt and curious)
