Thanks for the feedback.
always wanted a game with this kind of pespective, thanks man
Thanks or the feedback. Iâll be adding content shortly.
I LOVE this concept and the demo is exceptionally well written. I wonder, have you considered maybe adding law enforcement as an option when choosing a career?
Thank you for the feedback!
I considered it, but opted against it, as there are already several fabulous stories that have done a wonderful job with the idea of hunting oneself. This story is not about the chase, but rather the process. Though, admittedly, âthe chaseâ does play a role.
Will/Can death be physically personified?
Also, will we have a romance option? Someone we can choose to leave death for or be used to solidify our devotion to her with? I just love the idea of âacquiringâ a love interest, making her fall in love with us, almost falling in love with her, only to pull the rug out from under her by slowly and methodically sacrificing her to âMy Ladyâ.
I can just picture the scene:
âWas it ever real? Did you ever love me or was it just some sick game?â
âIt âwasâ real, ElizabethâŚotherwise, what would be the point?â
One wordâŚAWWWWEEEESSSSSOOOOOMMMMEEEEE
need more of this
Thatâs such a messed up idea. For the record I would 100% love to see this implemented and I love it, itâs so messed up itâs genius
@ChristandJackel Very perceptive of you. The MC will choose which types of âofferingsâ to create. You will complete up to 7 of these. The âLove Unrequitedâ, or âHeartâs Acheâ paths will produce results similar to those you mentioned.
As this story is based in the real world, âdeath itselfâ will not be personified. There will be no fantasy elements in this story, just plain old murder, manipulation, and mutilation.
I didnât mean a literal personification. I meant more along the lines of our obvious delusion. Like we would âseeâ âMy Ladyâ more and more physical the more we sacrificed. Again, no real death person. Just a crazy guy getting more crazy as he continues to kill people.
I see. You would like the chance to solidify the death persona in the mind of the MC. I intentionally left this aspect vague, however you make a good point. I will give this some consideration. Thanks for the feedback!
@Blmc000 Iâve wondered if you thought about incorporating our love/obsession with our career choice.
Working as a nurse is obvious.
Working as a journalist, I think we could have a focus on violent crime.
Working as a professor, we could be a Professor of Humanities and research the various different depictions of Death in different cultures and religions.
Working as a Cyber Security Specialist, Iâm not really sure how we can combine this with our love/obsession.
@SirBearington Thank you for the feedback. The nurse will use their access to patients and medical records to plan and execute their activities. The journalist will use their access and travel opportunities. The professor (of psychology) will use their expertise and influence. The cyber security specialist (government employee, anti-hacking unit) will use their various skills and access. All paths will utilize their environments in various ways, (e.g. the professor using the university as hunting grounds, or the cyber security specialist using hacking skills to disable security protocols).
we will have some visual representation of death? Even if as allucination, would felt more real, we would be able to understand the Mc better.
@Pedro_Ferreira I am currently working on a way to incorporate an idealized mental image of the concept of death.
Given recent events on the forum, I have decided that it is not in my best interest to continue this venture. I offer thanks to all who provided feedback, and apologies to any who may have been offended by the content in this work. I ask that the @moderators kindly close this thread. Thank you in advance.
