Hi can anyone help me locate a WIP I read a few years ago. I tried googling and it gave a few suggestions but even then I can’t find a link to it. Not sure if it’s here or itch, the Google suggestions where “maker’s gift” or “Golem’s purpose”.
You play as a golem and are given to a little tle girl at the start of the game I remember there being a humanoid bird like character but that’s all I remember about it I am afraid.

I forget the game name, the game set in space during first few chapters we are academy cadet after graduation we chose characters that currently available is military and trade merchant ship if I’m not wrong remembering

@cup_half_empty the authors username is Varyn_Ashyver but they haven’t been seen on the forms since 2021.They also said they were gonna use bits and pieces from Night Hunters for their new interactive fiction. You can message them if you want but I’m not sure you’ll get a response.

There was a game available on Hosted Games or Choice of Games, but I can’t remember the title. I’m trying to find it because it seems to have disappeared from the store and my purchase history.
At the beginning, the main character says farewell to their father and leaves for a magic academy. There, you meet the arose and choose from four types of magic. I remember Illusion and Necromancy, but I can’t remember the other two.
During your training at the academy, you explore an underground cave or labyrinth. I don’t remember exactly what happens at the academy afterward, or whether the MC graduates. Eventually, you and your party leave the academy and travel to a city, where you meet the king. I’m not sure if graduating from the academy was part of this quest or if traveling to the city was your first major quest.
The king tells you about a vampire who has been committing crimes, and you are tasked with investigating.
I remember there being two paths: a good path and an evil path. I played the good path and stopped, intending to try the evil path later. However, I can no longer find the game in my purchase history.
Does anyone know which game I’m talking about? And does anyone know what happened to it?
Could it be Halls of Sorcery? I remember that at the beginning you said farewell to your father and went to a mage academy, but I didn’t read past the first few pages, and I only read it after the controversy.
I remember reading a wip where you play as a mercenary on a mission to guard the son/daughter of a rich merchant who is basically a strong mage. The mission is to safely drop off your client to a magic academy but along the way you face tough opponents, at some point your client gets abducted by rebels who are uprising against their ruler.
The wip had chronicle in the name too, but I don’t seem to recall it correctly.
I remember playing an IF where ypu some sort of retired army commander who was exiled. The first chapter had us meeting a mage who we have to protect and escort somewhere. I don’t remember much but I do remember we can choose to be a mythical monster like a werewolf. And also a scene of us being defeated by our former Second-in-command who haplened to turn into a phoenix.
Sounds like “The Exile” by Pheo. Last I heard, it was being ported to Twine.

There’s a game I played it’s where you were sent down to earth by Zeus I think and ordered to scout as a soldier But then you get captured along with another god they bind you with certain shackles and take your power from you
