1)So if fmc married lord Feory or king vlad and became empress then would their first born be heir to the throne and mc husband titles or will husband titles go to the second child.?

There is not really a rule about it for a female MC since no woman has ever sat on the Vorlen throne before. So most don’t know. That will be a challenge for a female MC. Expect it to be addressed in the game.
If you marry Feroy, then most will expect him to remove himself as the crown heir and name his sister instead. So that MC’s children will have no claim on his titles. As for Vlad, he has a younger brother, and his kingdom is outside the empire’s border, so If the MC helps him, then he can name his brother as the new king or duke, depending on your decision regarding the fate of his kingdom.
If you are playing as a male MC, then the MC’s sister will be put under pressure to marry Lord Feroy.
If you are playing as a female MC and want to take Feroy as a second spouse, then Duke Noorga may not agree and ask for Cat’s hand for his son instead.

The only danger right now is the Empire of the Flaming sun to the south. There is also a rumor of a growing power in the deep north. Vlad can tell you more about it.

To be honest, I rather this brat become a bad person. At least I have an idea on why he was always smirking at MC.
This is basically the scenario if I believe that Aeron is a good person:
Aeron: looks at MC then smirks for no reason
MC: looks at him neutrally yet having internal debate inside his mind
MC’s monologue: “Huh…? Why is this brat smirking at me for no reason? Is he planning something evil? Hmmm…No. No. I want to believe he’s a nice kid. Then why is it then?? Whoa…don’t tell me…Is he gay??? No! No! No! Hell No!!!”

In both cases, someone else is expected to take the titles to prevent the MC’s power from expanding so much. But will it be possible that in at least one of the cases the children of the MC inherit? (Both would be ideal, but it is obvious that it is complicated) At least I would fight for it. It’s too good an opportunity to waste. Not to mention that it ensures the stability of the other children apart from the heir.
