But her father is the patriarch of House Goldstone. What he says is the law of every member of that family. Also her mother hates grandpa with passion. She might even support the plan if it will makes thing harder for her dad.

She’s literally a child lol. I understand all the characters are really getting thrown into the court intrigue stuff at an early age but she’s just a highly anxious (11 year old? I can’t remember) who is trying to please her family by doing whatever society expects of her. Do you really think a kid who hasn’t even hit puberty yet is actually concerned with getting married or do you think she acts so anxious about it all the time because her parents, Helena, etc. are telling her that it’s what she has to do? There’s a reason Odo is laid back and she isn’t.

this is exactly the reason as far as we are i havent had any of my characters make overt weird romance actions they’re still very very very young

Oh I see. I mean I imagine she’s also being heavily overrated in that regard as well seeing as we haven’t even been introduced to all of the characters that can get involved yet.

So I’ve been reading for two hours to reach the end and all I was : why they are even plotting when even the story, characters and noble houses haven’t been made or completed??
Guys this is just the start of story. If you had read games like this you should know for now this is just for progressing your relationships with characters for later.
About kela: she is a kid who is a nobody and wants to be a big person or wish to marry a prince. All of us had wishes like this when we were kid. There’s a lot of stories or cartoons for kids with same theme. She thinks Aeron as a cool kid in school. A first born prince with a cool black wolf. And Aeron is trying to be a cool kid and win over anyone and make us lonely because he envy us as her mother made him think that.
So what is the solution? Make everyone love us. Be friendly with Aeron. Support and love Kela. I have played a Supportive and in love with Kela and with that she chose me in class and after garden she was blushing when she was walking away and I reached (I think) 7 romance points with her. If you don’t romance her she probably will marry Aeron. But I don’t think that should be problematic if you make a very good friend out of her and/or even be good with Aeron.
But if you want to fight Aeron and aren’t interested in romancing Kela or even being close friends with her, you don’t have the right to complain. Just go and try to be powerful enough to win the war, you can’t choose for everyone in the story to what feel or what do. Think of it as a real life with real characters but more structured and with less liberty in paths.
So it’s all were written to make friends or enemies. Making friends? Feel relaxed for later.
Making enemies? Then you have only one way and that’s war and sliced throats for a lot of people.
Even those people talking about using our sister cat to win James… just be friends and good with him then he will be on your side and your little sister would be very happy when seeing you be this close with James because they are really close to eachother. To see that play again and call him brother then help him to meet cat in her bed. Then see their conversation and then see cat asking you do you like James and honestly like him she will be very happy and hopeful. And James will both feel good and close to you and in debted for your help. That’s one bullet hitting many targets bullseye.

Forgot to say this.
Game has a relationship stat. So don’t talk about future like you can’t understand if someone has good relationship with you or not.

She doesn’t like her own brother and that’s the most obvious thing and it had never changed even in all the rebuildings that author made. So were the hell you guys come up with it?
Someone said we don’t like cat going in James side when the war starts so that will be same with Aeron and Alara. Who said Catalina won’t go in James side?
Have bad relationship with them both and they would become your enemy even cat. Maybe she wouldn’t take arms and literally stand on the other side of the battle . But ABSOLUTELY she won’t help us either. That’s same about Alara.
If we have good relationship with her Maybe She won’t help us killing Aeron but she won’t stand by his side or Maybe even help us but begging to spare Aeron as a brother of both of us.

THERE IS A RELATIONSHIP STAT so don’t act blind about story and relationships/allies,enemies

Just wanted to add that you could have a good relationship with someone, and they could still be against you due to a lot of reasons. A good relationship (while important) isn’t the only factor. Choices are as much as important.
A lot of characters won’t just abandon their goals and dreams just because they like the MC.
For example, Farissa may like the MC, but that doesn’t mean that she will give you her army and put her house in danger without a good reason.

Good. I’m glad there will be some unintentional backstabbing where characters can like you but fight against you for the good of their house.

And I mean this exactly.
If they like you they will be reasonable or may follow you without it too. But be enemies with everyone or at least most people? Even reasons can’t win them over or don’t guarantee they won’t back stab after saying they are on your side.
And when that happens you will be absolutely nothing because most potential allies are enemies or you can’t guarantee them staying true with anything.
lesson of the day: be friendly and win the most allies that you can guarantee
