Honestly, the list could go on and on. And the list above is just a fraction of my favorite female ROs that I remembered at such a short notice. Also, I myself noticed that I prefer tall, well-built, strong and dependable women in most my playthroughs. If any of these games/WIPs are not familiar, I highly recommend people to try them out. They are worth it.
P.S. I love Junko as well. My MC being a noble/gentle/innocent - minded makes the interactions between them very entertaining. A game of cat and mouse, at times (though not “cat and mouse” exactly with Junko in the picture. More like “prey and predator” with how agressive and possessive Junko can get. A perfect definition of yandere).

Yes, it would be. But in my understanding it’s more like “catch me if you can”.
Other predators usually don’t play with the prey: they would just kill and eat it

Yep. That’s what I meant in my statement. For me, Junko seems like the type who pounces and then thinks. If someone is standing between her and MC, she is more likely to just kill rather than play with the victim. Though, situation with Momoko (was that her name? The doctor girl) might be an exception with what Junko did to her. Anyways, don’t want this discussion to become solely about Junko because of me, so I better end my thoughts here.

Really liked the fact that she expresses interest towards the MC first compared to other ROs that requires MC to initiate first.

Agreed. Admittedly, I have a bias in favor of sexually assertive characters, especially when the narrative doesn’t try to portray that aspect as a bad part about them. It’s not in the name of some fetish; I just dislike the Madonna-Whore Complex
