Id say thats probable for certain people, but fanatics like steel woould prolly arrest u asap, i could see that happening with ortega or mayne herald.
Based on the answer though he seems pretty chill? He’s waiting for the MC to surrender themselves by annoying them with music? Hinted also he knows where they live so :))

Well, I can’t speak for other people’s MCs, but mine literally thinks that she’s actual garbage in human form and that the Rangers’ll have no problem killing her immediately??
So it’s kinda like, it’s always been her secret wish for the Rangers to try to turn her around or help with the farm before she goes too far, but she doesn’t actually think that’ll happen. Also, in the museum scene, I chose that she wanted Ortega to stop her.
So if this went down, and Steel of all people jfc was being super dorky and playing ‘Justice’ outside her window and Ortega was bringing his mom into things and being, you know, Ortega, it would touch her enough that she might actually start letting them in and…maybe even take their advice?
(Yeah. My MC is a lot less ‘murder villain’ than most apparently. And she’s secretly suuuper weak to emotional intimacy. WEAK, I tell you.) 
But yeah, i’m not really taking it literally, as in ‘this exact thing is gonna happen’ lol. I was thinking more just the general idea of it was sweet. Cause ya know, they could decide to hate you. Or kill you! But nope. They presumably trust you just enough to be all cute and annoying by trying to bother you into giving up instead lol
