I can help you with some of these off the top of my head:
You have to romance Ortega as both Sidestep and the puppet. If I recall, it triggers in the epilogue.
You have to be romancing both Ortega and Dr. Mortum as the puppet, and they both have to visit the puppet in the hospital after the gala. Go with Dr. Mortum as your date, and make sure Ortega isn’t too injured to visit the puppet in the hospital (you need to not have the strength upgrade).
You need to convince Ortega (Ricardo) to shave his mustache off. Visit him in the hospital, and tell him “some people have taste” after he freaks about part of his mustache being shaved so he could get stitched up. Achievement will pop in the epilogue.
That’s the Achievement for getting the Hunger Heartbreak scar. There’s a good guide for getting the scars somewhere in here. Let me grab it—
I can tell you what the others are, but they’re a bit more complicated to get, and I know there are better tips in this thread than what I could provide at the moment!
Eyes open:
During the heartbreak incident :
-Look at the bodies on the way to the building
-Look at Anathema disolving
-Look into heartbreaks eyes
Scarface:
-Play to your lower stats and mess up the fight with Lady Argent(I think you can do this if you use telepathy with the stat required below 75/avoid the damocles trigger )
Can’t touch this :
-Go through the game without getting hurt
-Play to your higher stats
-During the psychonator segment don’t get hurt(getting rosie/bo’s help + avoid fighting the regene would be a good guarantee)
-As soon as you downed him knock Herald out to avoid getting ambushed by Ortega
-Get to Ortegas sweet spot (35-50 cautious option or 50-65 daring option) during the fight or just get the telepathy upgrade
-If you must monologie from the heart,pick the silence option to avoid getting ambushed by Lady Argent
-Play acordingly to your stats and beat her topside
-Once in the sewers either:
Run the hell away (going fast gives you a head start/the speed upgrade helps)
2.Fight her with telepathy(requires 75 in either subtlety or strength/use the Damocles trigger)
3.Fight her fairly
A newfound focus:
-Make herald your nemesis(best bet is to name your mc sidestep and/or blow up the museum)
Unless, I can find the file where achievement codename and name are matched, I can not help with specific achievements. Sadly, I need to finish the roadmap first and replay the game in order to name the achievements. I am sorry.
Edit. Thankfully, the mods have helped me locate the file I need. Here is a temporary achievement guide (once roadmap is done, I might delete it and add an appendix at Roadmap’s last page. As with the Roadmap, this guide is a WIP.
I found a minor typo(?). If you are doing good vs Regene a choice says “I have allies: that will make all the difference.” while in the bad scenario the choice is “I have allies; that will make all the difference.” A certain hidden stat changes by the same amount (though the scenarios are not converged yet). It just makes my life even more difficult.
Update Unless I have an outdated version of the game, I think I found a (minor) mistake on the script. If you fight ReGene (which result in injuries or bleeding), climb the ladder alone, hench(wo)man is NOT creating a distraction and you fail to deal with 4arm Regene, your injuries (or bleeding) become bruises (your scars stay). In other words, Sidestep gets healed instead of getting even more hurt. It might prevent some players from earning the “I am getting too old for this” achievement.
Thank you. Unfortunately, progress is painfully slow. I took a small break and I will try to finish Chapter 3 today or (at worst) tomorrow. Once it is done, I will remove all achievement references from the Roadmap and make the achievement guide more detailed (until I merge them).
.If you name yourself as Anathema, you are stealing a dead person’s name pissing the Ranger’s of.
While if you name yourself as Sidestep, people who know that (hero)Sidestep is alive might suspect that (hero)Sidestep might have taken a face-heel turn, thus your “heat” rises since they may start watching you closely
I think for the “piece of cake” achievement, you have to choose to use your telepathy while fighting Herald at the gala. You also will need the telepathy suit upgrade. I’m not sure if any of this matters, but when the achievement unlocked for me, I had picked the ‘functional’ suit design and had chosen to destroy the Sidestep exhibit at the museum instead of robbing it or blowing it up outright. I hope this helps!
