Ok terrible jokes aside this is indeed me throwing my hat into the WIP forum. Below is a little snippet that unfortunately most likely won’t make it into the game however gives you an idea of what kind of genre this story falls under…
Let me introduce to you Dragon's Heir!
We at Dragon Phyer Gaming send our warmest congratulations! You have been selected to participate in our annual “pre-launch” competition. As you know with every new title our company creates we at Dragon Phyer Gaming select ten lucky people to participate in an once in a lifetime competition! Those who can complete the game with the least in-game deaths wins!
We at Dragon Phyer Gaming are awaiting your arrival at our “Gaming Arena” with baited breath. Transportation, room and board, shall be provided for you.
We cannot wait to see you in our Game!

As you close your letter the AI Bot that has been piloting the limo turns its holo-gen face towards you and smiles.
“You have arrived at your destination.”
Turning around you see a building which seems to rise above everything. Its great marbled walls forming ten foot high arches with translucent glass windows. Greek gods and goddesses sit in every archway and every now and then they move. Some wave to passersby while others sneer or try to scare them, their flat white eyes glaring down at those they see as weaker beings.

Now it is time for me to tell you about some of the features of this game.
What gender is the character?
You can be Male, Female, or Androgynous both outside and inside the game.
What races are available?
Within the game world you are given the option of seven different races:
- Elf
- Dwarf
- Human
- Demonkin
- Angelkin
- Dragonkin
- Orc
Basic Summary
You play as one of ten competitors in a newly launched game called “Dragon’s Heir”. Your job should you choose to accept it is to play the game and win! The in-game story revolves around a recent string of dragon attacks and it is your duty to figure out why this is happening. Maybe you are doing this because it is honorable, maybe you’re doing it cause you were bribed or forced . Or you know, you could abandon the quest and do something else (there might even be a secret ending if there is enough interest…).
This story is influenced by the book Heir Apparent by Vivian Vande Velde and of course D&D. There will also be references to popular games like The Elder Scrolls series or The Witcher series.

IMPORTANT STORY INFORMATION!
Because this story is influenced by D&D I decided to engage my readers/players by doing a little roleplay in a Discord Server (Strictly Text based no Voice Chat involved). During the week I am not uploading and update I will propose a situation, question, idea to all of you wonderful people and I want you to respond as if you are the character you made in the intro of this game.
So Yes please roleplay as that Orc Barbarian who has a secret love of books or your rouge wizard dwarf who only knows how to cast spells by drinking, while answering my questions. Who knows maybe your solution to the problem I presented will show up in a future update!
