Yes, you are right with that, they could be more dragon kin who acts more like us (when we are kind and protective over humans) and are in hiding. LOL I’m with you, I’m low key hoping we are one of the last dragons too. Not because I wouldn’t like to see more of dragon kins but because we are special then

I do believe there are more dragonkins besides the MC and the one in the Storm Land. So yeah, it is possible that the scent from the coin pouch came from another dragonkin hiding among the human population like the MC.

I have no issue with putting this behind us, i just feel as if you were trying to get the last word in a sense, and that’s why i continued to reply.
But it’s all water under the bridge, i don’t think any less of you because of this disagreement, we all have our different opinions afterall.

I am picking the worry option while hopeful Gavin doesn’t hate MC, just for roleplay because so far MC experience with human is not exactly positive.

From Gavin parting expression after mountain awakening event doesn’t seem like he hate MC, but my MC didn’t know that, also the fact he is still searching for MC after the time skip make me think that he does care.

The mc im playing for the most part is “nice” but will get active if she needs to. So i picked the choice of basically trusting in the fact that G will still like us in the future.
Im actually curious what happens if you didnt protect them. I might code dive but imagine he ends up wanting to hunt you because of that.

I 100% expect them to look at MC’s eyes, and know.
Whether it’s a good thing or not will probably depend on how the MC has acted during their time separated from G, but I don’t expect even the nastier MC’s to necessarily get an arrow in their face first thing. Something something excellent perception adventurer searching the south, yadda covert missions and such… We may not be the only Dragon kin they’ve personally met, and had a conversation with. 
On a different matter; kinda wishing the MC had a choice of how they feel about the freakish attraction they feel toward the gold. Away from the coins’ influence, and with a clearer head, it should disturb them how easily they were enamored with the tiny coin, and–of especially cautious–realize the dangers such an infatuation poses. The gold is just waiting to be used as bait for a trap.

Maybe something like that will come in the next chapters. I think that one gold coin was the first one we had ever in our hands so we are green behind the ears when it comes to gold 
and plus it had the smell of a dragon on it, maybe the mix of it was what did it to us

I would love to see other dragons but it seems like not all dragons have human form, just those with ancient blood or something like that.

Found a couple of typos. Both are in the same page early on in the game:
Your second eye-lids have grown in, very think clear lenses that allow you to hide and further protect your eyes.
I think the word should be “thin” and not “think”.
You feel the heat in your chest build as you stoke the flames within yourself. Your Gold intensify, and you spread your…
The word “eyes” is missing after their colour is mentioned.

PS. Stop nitpicking the weirdest things, as well as bringing real world problems and morals into fantasy ones. This is a civilised forum with people that come for an escape, but know where to draw the line. So please stop drawing your lines. (ALSO don’t reply to this part, this is me just stating a fact and it’s rhetorical, so don’t continue arguing, thx)
Anyway moving on here is my dragon and dragonkin form(Still picky on which of the 2 to choose, want to fuse them really), still trying to find a nice human one, but this one is close enough.

Nah, the action economy just wrecks them, with 4 attacks per turn I doubt a dragon can live beyond a third turn, and it’s even more crazy if they have arrow of dragon slaying, long range fighters really counters dragon hard, with mages you have to burn legendary resistance and dragon’s really high saves.
you don’t use dragons in a stand up fight, especially after they lost their innate Spellcasting ability in 5e, best strategy for them is hit and run using just breath weapon, and humans need to worry about ways to prevent dragons from fleeing instead.
Could be better or worse here though, but in dnd which this is inspired by, anything from ancient dragon is counterable.

Your assuming dragons are dumb and in 5e, they kinda are.
Another thing, dragons were always the legendary enemy in dnd. Imagine if that dragon was the mc.
