Can somebody tell me what to do for endings two and five on this game. For some reason I am having trouble getting either.

For ending two: You have to wind up with Ryan in the end.
For ending five: You have to die. That can be done if you choose to be with Ivan in the end, and turn against him when you have the chance.
I got the one with Ryan and the game says that was ending one though. Is it a different ending from the dives ending?
I really love the game/story by the way. I suggested it to a friend and she’s been playing/reading it as well.

And I have one last question
I’ve done all six endings, saved both Malcolm and Ryan, chose and completed every goal, stole the knife, killed carl, saved carl, saved and let lizzie die. How do I have one achievement left?
