So it has finally come and I’m very nervous. I have finally added the final chapter to the demo. There are still updates to come and modifications to make. I’m asking that everyone keep things as spoiler free as possible here PM me if there are questions or feedback you wish to give. Some events are still subject to change but there are some large revelations I don’t want ruined for others.
I’m toying around with new math formulas for healing and regeneration. I may go over more of this in future updates, but I have already applied some of these changes.
Honestly the only the factory worker romance route really gets going in this story. I will see about opening it up more on date night in Chapter 23. I’d recommend to invite Au(rora/stin) out in Chapter 9 and set that you’d like to start a relationship. Then again invite them out again in Chapter 23.
I will see about adding extra bits if I find room for them during this pass.
Well the demo now have all of the chapters, so a lot of my updates will be on edits or other modifications. I’m thinking about putting up a poll to get general thoughts on the story, so that might be soon.
Since dropping that last update I have not worked on the game much as work has gotten busier and I’m in the middle of busy season already. I also have taken a short vacation. Still I have done some planning and jotting down ideas that go into part three of the story. I hope to get back to my edit fixes soon and get back into the swing of things.
Until next month! August’s Month end update

You need to go back to basics
I haven’t finished reading it all, I just believe in democracy. Vote!
I removed weapons and some powers a long time ago because I was giving so many options that it was hard to keep up with them all. Thus I removed weapons and some powers when I made the new demo.
I remember now why I haven’t passed the one factor. One reason
Yun breaks immersion. Believes in ghosts but not news covered powered people. She seems to idiotic and obliviously stupid to me. Idk. She always breaks me from immersion.
I keep trying. Made it to scenes on which hero to meet first. Then first team based shenanigans. The superspeed becoming basically useless. Very effective with that flyer hero but not myself.
Tend to feel useless and underpowered compared to several. Yet I moved faster than bullets pre team up.
I’ve noticed a few instances in which my super durability OC with max endurance is sometimes mentioned to have taken damage and needing to heal. Like during an intermission portion, I’ll try to find the scene later, it says that my OC had taken damage during his patrols and needed time to heal.
Meanwhile he’s no selling pretty much everything thrown at him in actual scenes.
Due to me I think. Skill wise anyway, extremely low or lack of proper skills. My choices and evidently not that good at what I should have.
Yun wants to believe in ghosts, but not supes, is odd. Having issues wanting to flirt with her. I did get to where news does not cover supes, somehow. Weird as that is. Definitely paid to be kept out of mainstream. Understanding how she can be confused.
Made it to after ship fight to mention, it must be skills that I should have, suck versus ones I had high on. Im at where we are no better than the villian group. Really didn’t like knowing that off scene stuff with that.
Didn’t get to end yet. Wanting to start over to make sure have proper useful skills though.
Edit: i use observation, recollection when avail but my highest skill is somehow intimidation that I never select. I hate how that skill is high. My walking silently builds it up? My being quiet? Hmmm. Gotta figure out diplomacy skill instead. Thought some selections were ‘nice’ until choice of deception/intimidation/diplomacy comes up. If I ignore intimidation, I tend to always fail. Not sure what passives increase what then.
New edit:
Loved the scene after the night on the ship the most. Thanks! Kelly was the best! That is where I ended up at right now.
Is Lugh’s stats supposed to reset every chapter? I’m taking choices to raise his affection (influence and mood) but they go back to 1 everytime after I thought I got them up. Most prominently after the failure of a ship fight, the stat dropped back down to 1 from 4 after MC decided to quit and wake up the next day to go back to focusing on office stuff (CEO route).
I see. I’ll look into that. I think I might know what your are talking about. If you do find it, let me know.
I look to real world examples of people I know that believe in ghost, but would not believe in super powers.
I’m not sure where this is. I’m guessing it is the second to last chapter, but that was never a scene that happened, so perhaps I didn’t explain something properly.
I’m guessing this is because of your character’s career. Odd that it is the highest, but there should be lifts to specific skill based on your career.
Oh look, a Kelly fan.
My influence system on all significant NPCs is slightly more complicated than other IFs. With mine there are two main stats:
What they currently think of the MC in the scene
What they overall think of the MC in the story
So the stat you’re seeing drop is their current thoughts on the MC, which reset at the beginning of the chapter, but starts with a bonus based on the overall thoughts. The overall thoughts raise and lower based their thoughts on the MC by the scene/chapter’s end (with a couple of exceptions).
However, all because they think positive, that does not mean the overall thoughts score will lift. They have to think very positive on the MC in a scene (3 or greater if I recall) before the overall thoughts will lift.
Honestly, I only felt Heroic once. That was with Kelly. The reason I loved that scene.
I did finish. The rest were, idk, can’t word it right. Did prefer after the docks situation.
There are choices on villians PoV that for some reason do/don’t give me Karma. Villians that slaughter anyone else.
Edit to change, knowing i should just make sure ‘villains’ killed options would probably have my side of the story with better outcome. I didn’t care which option at end. When that came up. I thought, and? Whatever? Might been different than that and ended up caring which option.
