Noticed a glitch on the Aegis path. If I have the right stats to go through the first encounter with kidnappers without getting hurt, the game seems to think I was taken down. Asking Aegis who she is results in the text referencing a question she never asked, thanking her for her help results in me going into great detail on how I got my butt kicked, saying “I’m fine,” seems like it references the aforementioned question that was never asked, saying I didn’t ask for help has me struggling to get up from the floor. Feels like the scene is pulling the choices and responses from a variation for when the MC doesn’t have the right abilities to win no matter what the actual outcome is.

Is there any way you can go back to Dashingdon because it sucks that I lose all of my progress because Moody ink logged me out.
Then why not just relog? You get your progress back once you relog. It will still be in the same slot.
The thing is I sometimes forget to save and it logs me out so I lose progress when I log back in

You might want to empty/clear your web cache(?). Also, incognito mode might help.

Been trying to play the new demo, but for some reason I always get stuck in the power costumization, it reads smth like: “powersuitnightvision” and all my MC’s powers are Innate, soo idk what’s the problem.
Anybody having the same problem?

Have you cleared the cache for your browser? That is a new variable, but it does exist. This makes me think that your browser saved part of the old demo. Which Demo version is it showing on the first page?
Part of the issue is that DashingDon uses an older version of ChoiceScript and I use features in my code that is not in older versions of ChoiceScript. This game now errors out on DashingDon, but not Moody.

That’s the issue. v4.04 is the latest. Looks like the startup code has not updated for your demo. That is where that variable is created. Clearing Cache should let the demo update in your browser.
Click the three dots at top right > History> Clear Browsing data…> Makes sure ‘Cached images and files’ is selected> clear data
Some websites will load a little slower your first time revisiting them. Cached data is to make it so that the device does not need to load everything everytime from the webiste, allowing them to load faster. In this case it is hindering things from properly updating.

We’re just missing Swinging and Wall Crawling. Without those, we’re just an incomplete Spider type MC without any travel powers that makes sense for us until we get vehicles.
Also, @Dvalor53, I saw you did something with Power Armor in the customization option so I’m a little confused about some things. Did you somewhat implement the Armored Suit/Battlesuit option I mentioned or did you do something different with it?
How did you even get the night vision option? I didn’t see it in the power customization options. Also, @Dvalor53. There’s still a bug with Blast where when you go to it, it will list two different power sources but now when I try to change one of them, the power armor option is gone and the option is also missing for the rest of the powers you can select. And it does list it as the new version of the demo.
Edit: Just checked again and the Power Armor option for the source of powers are not showing up for any of the powers when you either try to change it or when you “acquire” it in the customization menu.
Also, also, @Dvalor53 would is be possible to add additional Artificial options like Artificial (animated) Tails and Ears? It’s just since there are Draconic Wings in the Artificial Wings options, I kinda wanna expand on that with some horns and a draconic tail and claw in the gloves section. (Like how some character’s armors in Dragon Age 2 and 3 starts having claws on their gauntlest/gloves nowadays to add style).
Yeah, you can get close, but I do not plan on adding swinging back to the game and wall crawling was never in the plans. Sorry.
I have not yet done anything with a “battle suit”. I don’t see mechanically anything different between a power armor and a battle suit, so I’m viewing that as a cosmetic difference. I don’t have issues with it, it just means that it is something I’ll work on including and refining later. Most focus now in on story and properly functioning mechanics.

They didn’t. The system automatically runs a check on different abilities based on a list I have in the code. Nightvision is on that list. I’ll add the option in the next update.
Did you pick a power armor for your costume or power source before getting to customizing screen? I have it check for that, but I guess I can remove that bit to make it less confusing.

I’m not the one you asked, but I picked power armor for costume, picked powers to be part of me, and then went in wanting to customize some of them coming from armor, which then wasn’t an option.
