Oh yeah! Deus Ex has a ton of great posthuman themes! Also tons of social disorder, inequality, etc.
Haven’t played it in years… makes me nostalgic for the game.

Update Four
Apologies for being missing. Have had some serious nonsense happen in my life in a series right after each other. Such as having to move twice, my dog getting hospitalized, losing internet, etc. It hasn’t been the best start to 2017, to be honest.
In that chaotic mess, I haven’t been able to add too much more to the current pages, certainly nowhere near I want to be. I was hoping to be done with chapter two by now. Instead, I’m still stuck in chapter one. Sigh.
C’est la vie. On to the changes.
So the biggest chunk of work that I was able to manage was with the investigations. I also cleaned up the dialogue a bit; made it more voice-consistent for all characters. Also a bit of back-end and chargen cleanup.
But please check out the investigations in particular. They should be in order of easy to hard, and I hope that the difficulty (or at least length) is adequately conveyed during the act of choosing one. The investigations can be reached after you conclude your face-to-face chat with the Patrician and choosing the option “See if the 2nd Legion needs help”
