Well, I can clearly see that this is still very much a WIP. The plot are moving way too fast, lot of grammatical error, and some plot holes here & there. Then again, this is a xianxia IF, so I’m gonna switch off my brain and just enjoy it like i would with a Manhua of the same theme. But don’t worry, you can definitely improve as the time goes on.

If she is a RO I think the story needs to change a bit. Drop the whole brother and sister angle. Just make them childhood friends. That’s the only way it works without being super super weird.

If Ruolan becomes a RO the story doesn’t really need a rewrite, in wuxia and xianxia even blood related incest is not that weird of a thing to happen, besides I doubt it would be an unavoidable route so people can just do the same thing they do when there is a RO they don’t like and just not do that RO’s route.
All I know is all it takes is one bad day for everything to go wrong. The MC is literally a time bomb waiting to go off if something happens to Ruoran. Say or do what u want to MC but don’t go after her since its main thing keeping MC in line even an evil one. It’s death sentence if u do. To give an example check out the Phoenix remains

This is great work so far this is a must finish the creator gave to finish this is to good to be left unfinished n has potential to be well over a million words and can have a part to story after u finish or even a part 3 after that lol depends on how wel he write the story

This is a great start! It’s a bit rushed in the beginning since I understand being a lil kid doesn’t exactly lend the MC much agency. But, maybe you can slow it down just a bit, to better pace the story.
Playing through this reminds me so much of reading a cultivation manhua/webnovel, it’s great. It’s really cool that we have the option to play more of a mentor role to the other characters like that scene with Xu Yan, instead of directly giving them what they need. I imagine if you’re as strong as the MC, that just comes naturally.
Also, I really, really hope you’ll stick to this! I’m tired of dropping Chinese media-inspired WIPs because they only have hetero romances lol.
In the future, you could kind of let us play Clan Leader as well… Or even make some mortals play clan… Like you just give them a technique and tell them to create a clan.
