There are quite a few. The Midnight Saga, Faerie’s Bargain, Battlemage, I can’t really list them because it’s not a feature I (regularly) use, but there are definitely several games out there where you can choose from a list that includes several nonbinary pronoun options and/or enter your own.

In Creme de la Creme, I played a pretty nice guy, concerned with salvaging my parents’ situation. In this one within a few choices, Royal Affairs morphed into the true Noblesse Oblige.
Throwing around that authority like you wouldn’t believe. Hot air balloons for all. Well, for me at least. The rest of you can clap.

I mean, it’s not a feature I’d personally use. I’m a cis woman, so often my MCs are cis women. Though I will play a man or enby if the mood strikes me.
I’m just happy the option exists for others.
