CoG doesn't recognise my steam purchase

Hello! So, as the title says, CoG doesn’t recognise one of my purchases.

I buy games via Steam because it’s just the most convenient for me, and then download them to my phone to play (via playstore). I bought Golden Rose: Book One a few (I think three?) weeks ago and have recently found the time to play it. Sadly, whenever I go though the CoG website to the steam one (this is a process I’ve done for four games before, and CoG still recognises them) to restore purchases and GR:B1 just doesn’t show up? I’m absolutely certain about my purchase and was excited to play it. I’ve tried multiple times. Is there any way I can play my game on mobile now? Or is there a way to resolve this issue?

Hello! If you email support(at)choiceofgames(dot)com with proof of purchase, they should be able to add it to your account.
