Question to the author: Do you plan to write anymore books? If so, will you have anyone similar to Shawnie? Or maybe a sequel with her?
She’s working on a companion game to Blood Moon called Thicker Than, which focuses on vampires.

Forgive me if this have been asked before, but is it possible to save Elma? The reason I ask, is because in Thicker than, we can choose to select her as being one of those who died, as if her death weren’t scripted.
If Addie is the Alpha, Elma always dies for the sake of drama. Otherwise it is possible to save her by reducing Blackwell’s health as much as possible during the final fight. It’s not hard if you take every chance to attack, though you may end up losing someone else that way.
