Background Colour & Text Size Options for Mecha Ace & Sabres of Infinity

Is there any chance of these two options being added to either of these games?

I bought both in the recent Steam Sales, but my eyesight isn’t what it used to be, and the small text and white background is more than little too much for me to manage without high degree of discomfort.

Ah hah! Is this something more beyond the current setting we have right now, or does the steam version isn’t updated to what we have?

Does the current steam version has setting menu that allows BG color and text-size changing?

For games that have been updated in the past year or so, yes.

Is there any chance that these two options could be added to Guns of Infinity? I just bought it, but it doesn’t have either of those options.
