No you said thay with all the changes I made it would be a man-cave and mentioned me but I wasn’t on for a while and most of the posts describing a sanctuary was made by @hellbeast
The chefs can work in the torture chamber or some of them at least the ones who feed the assassins would get a kitchen. The torture victim would eat other stuff… mostly people.
And to cover the sanctuary… prison all intruders will be chained, Imprisoned and forced to work in sweatshops…
Whoops sorry for the misunderstanding there Dark, was tagging you just for that first sentence. The rest was still towards Nogo. I get the torture chamber for the sake of information and enemy spies. Although…I don’t think the sages would approve of sweatshops
Oy @Maj12 The awakenings begun. Though I cant…decide…on…a…familiar/pet.
@Hellbringer took me a moment to figure out who that was XD I’m still in argument with the summoning idea. Though remember these are master level arts. It’ll take years (In game) to gain the skills and knowledge to use and command such power.
Blood magic is being switched out to a more basic level. My mind has opened to more complex and forbidden arts. Might have the spell creation thread reopened for this purpose.
Edit: This is driving me to the brinks of madness -.- Why can’t I decide on a familiar/pet creature…This si going to take some deep thought. Although, if it doesn’t get too confusing having a pet that keeps shape shifting…
The game isn’t as dark as you might think Or maybe it’s not as dark as I think…
You may be an assassin, but there’s more to it then that. Sure your fighting for survival while being hunted down by…practically everyone…but! There are very justifiable reasons behind all things As you will learn from meeting other assassins…as soon as I can workout this block…where was I…ah right justifable reasons. There’s a perfectly good reason they consider themselves The Assassin Order and not the band of murder galore.
Though the mood isn’t meant to be set to a sadistic tone, but more of a deep, insightful, passionate, understanding- ah who am I kidding -.- Embrace the lure of power, you’ll learn your lesson soon enough
Use the money to get more money and power.
And then when I have enough power that no one can stop me I will basically be a wandering wizard who does whatever he wants because if anyone tries to stop them they die.
I want to be able to destroy armies and wreck castles and such.
I will be a wandering rogue accepting random jobs and enjoying life until the evil overlord rises again and I have to train the hero for a bit then get murdered inexplicably.
Would be nice to play the role of a Magi, perhaps I should make just such a game. Oy I am curious what everyones character goals are.
There’s nothing stopping you from simply…stop being an assassin and building a life…however…if you do and simply go out into the world, other assassins would kill you as a traitor. Or you could live your life out in an assassin city, but then you won’t play much of a part in the cataclysmic events that are incoming and you’ll die…unable to have done anything about them.
Joyful endings aye It is the will of The Order!
If a companion asks you…why do you fight, what would you tell them?
“That is a good question…” And then stare off in the distance, preferably with an air of heavy melancholy surrounding me.
It’s not really an answer to the question, but it’s what my MC would say. The actual answer would be a lot more complicated, and largely depend on the situation.
