I’ve never commented on here before, I usually just lurk - but Second Chances was one of the first WIPs I read when I discovered this forum years ago, and throughout the years I’ve been randomly remembering it and feeling bummed about it (seemingly) being dead.
The setting and characters were so unique and really stuck with me.

I remember playing FAWR back when it was first uploaded to the forum. It was what finally hooked me on text-based games. It brings me so much joy to have you back in the forum! Welcome back!
FAWR was definitely one of the better Heroic story WiP’s for sure. There aren’t many that have been published in recent years. Yet i always go back to the demo every year.
awh, I can feel that. I feel like 2025 is the year where alotta WIP authors crawl back from their never-ending breaks, and it’s fantastic to see it all happen in real-time pfhahah. I haven’t been active on the forums, rather a lurker for like a decade and some with my own WIP but I think I’ve read from ashes before aaaaaaages ago. Welcome back!
