Are you working on a game in ChoiceScript and looking to get it published by Hosted Games when it’s complete? Post about it in this category! Or, if your game contains mature content, join the Adult Readers group and post about it on the #adult-content:user-games category.
Please Note: The WiP category (and the Adult equivalent) are to be used only for Choice Script game development and for projects being exclusively published by Hosted Games.
Each author/developer that opens a Work in Progress (WiP) thread has the freedom to dictate how they desire the feedback process to work within their thread, however, there are guidelines that everyone must follow when posting in this sub-fora.
Specific Posting Guidelines Being Enforced In All Threads:
- If you post in a WiP thread about something you dislike, you must offer constructive ways to improve the game.
- If the author chooses not to incorporate your feedback, don’t argue about it.
- Don’t ask when a game will be updated or released.
- Please have a link to a demo within your WIP thread.
Specific Topics Not To Be Discussed:
- Gender-locked characters
- Moderator activity - both public and private
- Outside Drama - including but not limited to outside social media
Once the feedback process has been completed, please let Hosted Games staff know, so we can do our best to schedule time to review your submitted game for publication.
Be sure to make the proper arrangements so that the publication of your game is as smooth as possible.
