CS is clunky, this game already has a lot of other mechanics and bugs to handle, it would just be too much extra work on top of what’s already there, For very little gain

I’ve actually been trying to resist the urge. I played chapter 13, and part of 14, but I really want to wait until I can play it with my MC. I’ve tried recreating him, but a few scenes felt really off to me, not because of the writing, it’s top of CoG caliber (IMO), but because many of the choices preselected by archetypes are very different from the ones I made. In particular the RO path I was on, appears to have been reset to the beginning, I have made a suggestion to have who your roommate is added to the beta choices, because I think that might help. Also, I just kind of want to experience the release as fresh as possible. I did set up a Moody account, so I can save my game, and I just finished another replay of parts 1-3, and the urge is getting strong LOL.

The urge to play the demo is insane. I’m truly trying to wait till the release. My best method to overcome this is just visit this website very few times a month lol. The less I see of this thread the better.

True. Bugs are grosser than zombies. I suppose?
I like spiders sticking around to get rid of insects. I keep an eye on what kind of spiders are nesting in and around my place. None so far are a danger to myself.
A recluse tried to come at me. My dog got my attention, not barking or growling. She kept moving her head to me then the spider, consistently. Some reason she doesnt bark, and shes one of those yapper type breeds. The rest of her type bark at everyone, everywhere else, but not her? I heard it hiss at me just before I smashed it with one of my books. Found out it was a brown recluse, I wouldnt of noticed without her constant shifting.
I was thinking about bugs in a post-apocalyptic world. They never show it in tv shows or movies but just imagine how infested everything would be. Roaches, bed bugs, lice. Yuck.

I have always wondered why since I was young. Where are all the gross bugs at! Since pesticides no longer going to keep their population dead.
Noticed something, that in retrospect seems kind of strange to me,. Why have we not had the opportunity to ask Brody how he feels about MC and Madison’s relationship? Would like to see that conversation option added.

That’s an easy addition to the game. I have to think about how I want to do this for other survivors as well, such as asking Woody how he feels about you dating Jaime and vice versa.

Could Riley and his mother be included as well?
Would be interesting if this eventually became one of those zombie series where humans start mutating to get powers and zombies start evolving that make them stronger, smarter, faster and have abilities.

Is this game almost done or should we expect it next year? And is it possible to import or somehow mimic our playthrough from part 3 in the public beta?
I already feel good enough to deal with zedheads. Very high in martial, ranged, stealth. They and even many people I faced fell quickly.

Okay, can someone tell me which female ROs are not okay with romancing multiple characters? Cause I’m almost done with my second playthrough and just had Rosie break up with me cause she found out that I was also with Rachel when in my first playthrough I romanced both Jillian and Kelly and neither had a problem when I got to the same scene. Both happened when we’re about to go to the Silverthorne Militia’s camp in chapter 3. Though now I’m wondering if that scene with Rosie happened cause I decided to bring her with me on that mission.
Jim said he has about 6 months of development left in part 4. Then there’s about a year of review by CoG, Not sure whether this was from Jim, or another thread, so I’m less sure of this timeline, but I am sure there is some kind of review. By those maths, 2024 seems highly unlikely. I’d put release in Q3 of 2025, at the earliest. I know, the waiting is painful, but quality takes a bit of time. Having read a majority of the newest beta, this is the best in the series, so far, and honestly, I didn’t think part 3 could be topped. Best not to rush things, I’d rather wait a bit longer, than get something that feels rushed or risk Jim burning out. That wold only delay part 5

Has Jude been removed as a group character? At the grocery store, my teenager hacked into the camera system to the point where he could see the sniper, then scared him off by tricking him, telling him that he was surrounded. After that, he simply gathered his belongings and walked away, never to be seen again. Normally, we would meet him again at the museum, but this time he was gone for good. I haven’t played in a long time, so things may have changed.
