A think is lacking, in my opinion, is the enough rude and sabotage Jaime options. Imagine a character who hates the leader but didn’t win the election. I know that is not the most popular route so no urgent, but It adds a ton of replay value. And the satisfaction of opposition to any decision they made and each order trying to gain the power.
I think it was in Jaime’s scene… Here we go:
*if leader
Come on, you are the leader of our group. You should take a break with me.
There may have been more in other scenes, but I don’t remember. That said, obviously this won’t actually affect anyone, because neither leaders nor non-leaders will ever see that line, but I guess it does count as an error…
So even with 100% medicine, maybe i still fail to collect the sample, interesting, thanks for the info, do u know if science status has any relation? I’m not investing too much on it, cause it does nothing atm. (Or so i think)
It’s actually science that helps collect samples, not medicine. The game says that medicine will help but you have to prioritize science for sample collection, even with 100% medicine you’ll still fail at times where sample collection difficulty goes up.
So it’s like to raise my chances i should get science and medicine to 100 or just science is enough? My char is always 80 int so both are easy to get
Also, any way to save Sifer? She’s my fav char in the group, but everything i try doesn’t work
Nope, she was pretty much created to die
Tsk, she was my type --’
Yeah that guy is right medicine only lowers the difficulty of the sample collection and science is the main skill. You need both 80 medicine and 100 science to have a 100% chance to collect a sample in the worst scenario which is max specimen difficulty and max stress. You’ll still fail if you try to collect cerebrospinal fluid from a live zombie in the worst scenario since collecting from a live zombie increases the difficulty. So basically if you have these stats you will always be able tp collect a sample unless you are unlucky enough to have high specimen difficulty and high stress while trying to collect cerebrospinal fluid from a live zombie.
Have an odd question for part 2: I selected to have Rachel as my main RO and then also expressed interest in Reilly. However, by the time I got the pharmacy run and talk to Jamie about his thoughts on my ROs, only Reilly showed up. Is that normal/is there a scene where Rachel breaks it off? I sort of tend to skim over a lot of the text as I’ve played before but I have never had this issue before. Also in the stats page, it now said that Reilly was my main RO now when it was originally Rachel. This is my first time romancing her too.
Edit: ok so I’m pretty sure the interaction the tent (on the hill) is what I guess caused it like where she was like “we should focus…” is there any way to not cut off the romance or is it just always they play it cool.
Edit 2: ok even when I ignored the “we need to focus…” opinions. However, it still clicked over to Reilly bringing my main RO.
I think this happened to me too but I vaguely remember it. Rachel was my main but she was lower than 50% and hated the MC so I couldn’t romance her. It also could’ve been that my MC during that time was a teen?
I stopped caring for the relationship after some plays… Cause my natural choices seems to annoy everyone at the camp XD. I end up with a lot of hated and associates and usually one or two friends (if I have a kid)
Well my character was a homemaker (so an adult) and my relationship level was “best friend”.
Will you ever meet Julianne in part 3? She was such an interesting character specially since she was also mentioned in the first Zombie Exodus game. Most Importantly is Julianne a possible RO? I really liked her despite her few appearances.
It is very possible that she will be further included in the next part. When you are setting up your character for part 3 and you ARE playing the hacker storyline, a question pops up asking if you are forming a romantic relationship with Julianne so it seems rather likely.
Will there be robots in this game? I wonder if the zombies will try to eat a robot and if the zombies are capable of ripping a robot apart? Well, I’ve been thinking and I think military-grade or even any robots capable of defending itself can be one of the solutions to a zombie outbreak, either manned ones or sentient ones. We don’t really see that in a zombie tv shows, movies, etc. If they were shown in the entertainment industry then at least they were not shown in such a large-scale.
I know, I know, the idea sounds pretty crazy and the cost would be immense but I think the government and the military would eventually to be able to create a robot army since they are capable of building big mechanical beasts like fighter jets, tanks, and aircraft carriers.
All perfectly valid reasons, when you think about it. Madison has remained my favorite RO since Part 1. I enjoy the complexity of her character that sparks these discussions, and I can’t wait until she finally opens up. It will make a great arc and enjoyable journey.
I also prefer people who speak their mind. It shows some level of awareness and can help to start important discussions. To be honest, I even agree with a lot of what she calls out.
I concur she is a level of immature, though. She does indeed need a bit of a reality check. Like harking on Brody for trying to help her when you talk to her at the lake; when she said all that, my character definitely went, “what?” on the inside. I undetstood how she felt, but it is so wrong and ignorant on so many levels, though.
However, it all seems to be leading to growth, and eventual maturity. If this is indeed @JimD’s plan, I cannot wait to see it. My character also intentionally has room to grow. It’s part of telling a good story. And it’s definitely a note to take when creating ROs yourself.
One last thing I want to say about this is how we have to appreciate how real Jim has written these characters. They have opinions and thoughts that can be considered a range of bad or good things, and that’s how you bring characters to life. It would be too easy to make Madison and Jillain best friends. Or for her and Brody to have a two-dimensional relationship where they both agree on everything.
That’s just one difference between good and bad writing, in my opinion.
Uh maybe not? Idk maybe a smart mc can build a small one to cause a distraction but who knows 🤷
Question when we go to show stats can we have a option to see the skills that each survivor has
well made and fun
