(WIP) "The Cordillarian Revolution"

In the turbulent world of Cordillaria, you step into the shoes of the newly elected president, a beacon of hope in a nation drowning in chaos, poverty, and political turmoil. The dark shadows of corruption, foreign interference, and betrayal loom large over this South American country.

As you navigate the treacherous waters of politics and diplomacy, you’ll grapple with suspense, political intrigue, and the ever-present threat of war. Cordillaria’s destiny rests in your hands, and you must use your wit and strategic prowess to steer it toward a brighter future.

In this XX0,000-word political thriller, crafted with intricate characters, complex dialogues, and gripping situations, you’ll face monumental choices.

Will you forge alliances or unmask the spies within your midst? Can you stabilize the economy and rally the disloyal military to your cause? Will you uncover the truth about Palomar’s rule, or will the past’s secrets remain buried? The fate of Cordillaria is yours to decide. Will you be a beacon of hope, a ruthless strategist, or a cunning mastermind?

The path to power is fraught with danger, but your choices will echo through history as you confront espionage, navigate betrayals, and strive to rebuild a nation torn apart by corruption.

• Play as a democratic leader compromised with the well-being of your people or play as a ruthless dictator.

• Choose your path: You will decide how you became the President of Cordillaria.

• Choose your ideals: Will you be a liberal capitalist, a classic socialist, or a pragmatic democrat?

Choose how you will deal with many of the factions of your country to ensure national stability or government repression.

Pick your cabinet members, are they gonna be loyal to you?

Prevent a military coup against your government or make it one yourself to usurp all power.

Welcome to “The Cordillarian Revolution,” a gripping interactive novel that plunges you deep into the heart of a country on the brink. Your decisions will shape the destiny of Cordillaria, and the world is watching. Are you ready to lead?

This is also a project from Cain_Abel who is handling all the programming side of the work.

Pardon my cautious optimism, but cheers to a new political project. Many have tried, many have failed, all have been exciting.

I honestly can’t wait for more, the only game about politics in this forum are good but updates are lacking (this is due to the authors own personal issues), so it’s all ways good to get fresh meat to chew on in the political side of the forum IFs

Reminds me of the old DOS game Hidden Agenda, from the late 80s. Especially the bit with the name of Chimerica still in there.
