Just got caught up, last time I played was halfway through the Danger Zone section. For starters, making the start more linear isn’t bad, im really glad there’s no more of the RNG training grind but I do wish we could get points or money some other way outside of waiting for missions. It’s also a bit disappointing we can’t specialize in certain moves anymore.
As for new content to me, Mistress was cool but I do wish I could have outsmarted her in some way when I was suspicious of her from the start. It’s kind of a give away when she describes herself to us. Long Chen’s behavior in the final fight was a shock, and I’m surprised no one especially Ai didn’t react when he executed someone like that. Just seems weird considering her character doesn’t care about it when they’re close.
Obligatory mention of the golden seed killing me. If we die to overuse of something, I do wish we had some way of knowing a power/choice can only be used a certain number of times, saves us time progress and makes us think carefully of when to use it.
Last thoughts but Monkey God better be useful someday. I don’t want him to win my battles for me, but I do want him to be a master and give us the tools to survive. Also Caihong new best girl, finally someone who can satisfy the Fem Ruo fans.

Is there any way I can get 50 or more of a relationship with Mei Mei without giving her my Heart Blood? (I want to intervene in the discussion between her and long chen)
You can by just being on her good side before the expedition and either use the 99999 failure on long Chen or don’t tell long Chen about it

Agree to blow Chen up and follow through with it, show concern for her and how she feels about things in the meantime.
Refusing to give the blood is a minor hit as long as you don’t accuse her of poisoning you.

Exactly cause I went looking for the dude and he couldn’t be found and here I was thinking I had the strongest master in the game, he’s practically useless!!
I killed demon queens son and I hoped he would be able to settle things out for me but I just went through the suffering like a disciple without a mentor

To make him your master you need ambidextrous trait, don’t be rude to the old man you found on a tree, and in the elders meeting reject the other masters, then he will appear and offer you to be his apprentice.

You can yell at him to get down then apologize. As long as you don’t actively insult him repeatedly or attack him you’re good.

Just found out we can get stats above 300 before the qi discovery, if we take Mei pill, is it going to have a side effect like the other gift that she gave?
I think is more than likely to not have side effects since the first emperor (I forgor his name💀) basically rebuilt you from scratch, on the same note I wonder if the drop of heart blood that mei can get from you will be utilized to perform the power stealing ability that Long Chen mentioned🤔

Perhaps I’m mistaken because I was kinda sleepy when I read that part but I think after you wake up from the coma when you ask brother Feng (¿? I think this was his name but I forgor 
) about the current situation of mei and Long Chen he tells you Chen accused her of having a power stealing technique, perhaps you chose to not collaborate with Feng at the beginning, for context he is the mf that invites you to tea.

Well LC had TW’s inheritance(basically some OP techniques TW left for his clones) and his dumb ass gave half of that to Mei which consiste of poison techniques and sorcery shit.That’s prolly how she can steal powers.

I think you have to pass the perception test to avoid getting hit by her staff before the fight starts and be able to resist the power of fear
