Aight. I buffed the beginning a little bit, including the option to ‘reroll’ starting exp even for definitive checks. Also added around ~6 free time events.

Tourney should be a bit easier now. There are also talismans to help with stat checks / more alchemy coming later on to increase the training efficiency afterwards, so should be good as well.

One another change I’m thinking of doing is recalculating cost of attributes (so it’s not +100 every 10 lvls, but increases based on the atr amount), but will need to math for it a bit

No, what made it impossible was the fact that dropping the robes before the fight lowered your CON to 0. Now that the bug is fixed, it is do-able - although 10 Constitution is mandatory, anything less means defeat.

EDIT: correction - you can win with less, at the cost of the robes.

Not sure if this is intention but currently when choosing talents Regeneration no longer shows up and the cost for blessed talent is 40TP which is impossible with the mortal difficulty

Also I tried upgrading my attributes specifically the constitution attribute using FREE EXP after the entrance ceremony and I got an error that crashed the game I don’t remember exactly what is said but it happened whenever I tried to apply exp over the threshold for the next level for example I tried to do 200 exp when only 190 was required

EDIT: Ok I did some testing and it looks liked it’s that’s way for all attributes also for some reason the do I apply to any stat from free exp gets reduced after I hit the button to apply it like if I try to apply 200 exp to a attribute it will only apply 150 exp to it but my total attribute points still gets reduced by 200

Both of that should be fixed. I was fiddling around with stuff and I think you, unfortunately, caught a ‘bugged’ version by unlucky chance ;(

try refreshing, the exp bug should be fixed.

Have you used alchemy/have a specific bodytype?

I have the muscular body type but haven’t done alchemy

I’m gonna refresh and retry though that will probably fix it

Muscular does reduce Agility gain. But yeah, you should probs restart.

I just noticed, hey author where is jade skin when we go to create our characters?

‘jade skin’ is not really a skin tone though, more ‘flawless’, ‘without blemishes’

I’m loving the game, it’s like a Murim manwha, what Choice of Kungfu could’ve been(still a great game), but my question is, are we not able to go to Middle Houtian before expedition? I think I capped at 82 power level.

The stat bug is defintly fixed now.
Ok so I’ve been doinng some testing of the arena.
Couple things there, after we beat the ranking match I belive we are supposed to be able to collect contribution points from that match, but the option is still greyed out even after we win. I did that match on the inner disciple path.

Also on the inner disciple path we saw tigress in her king of the hill match at the end when Long injured her I. Hose the get angry option and it said I could challenge Long at the arena now but the personal option for matches is still greyed out.

How do you get to the alchemy pavilion? Feel like I’m overlooking something obvious, but Mei Mei mentioned it but the option is grayed out.

Might be too intrigued by playing an oblivious MC who occasionally does demonic stuff and is thankful for Mei Mei helping them recover from the poison but…

is it the one where you go on the ai thing? Every time I fought that wolf it always beats my ass, even with max stats. Is there a way to beat the damn beast?

Second Level of Sect opens up after Investigation Missions I believe.

Try using Talismans and/or Energy Infusion, with high enough stat (18-20) it should be enough.

Agility doesn’t increase no matter how much exp I pour in it, I’m putting the exact quantity that it tells me, and the only thing that changes is the quantity that says I need to increase to agility 16.

EDIT: I’ve been able to level up agility but by putting way more exp that it says I actually need to get higher

Mei mei poisons us at the start of the game. Is there a way to make our character realise that or is it something that will remain as “meta knowledge”?
