You need a high ACDC stat.
I believe you will need to control at least two thirds at the fair. When approaching JP, talk about inventing working machines. Oh and just to be super safe, I believe you also have to win the electric duel fairly.

So Iāve heard, but to be honest, iāve been pretty obsessed with my inventions and keeping myself out of politics, so I havenāt stumbled upon that path yet.
Iām not a fan of science, but i just have to see Tesla. And i have to say, that i really like your story. It was interesting.
Tesla is great. His behavior breaks my heart sometimes (in the i-want-to-protect-him way). I even tried to flirt with him, but nothing happend.

you will run in to them eventually if you keep declining their request or send someone to investigate them, theyāll retaliate by burning the lab down
