Oh yeah that too, although stealing some rich guy’s life is very tempting too although most of the time that’d be a problem too not knowing personal info stuff. Maybe stage an accident and fake amnesia so the family helps us “remember” important bank info and personal stuff.

I mean I’d guess I could get a nice computer or something. It’s kinda of an amount that takes care of all your low cost wants and needs but feels insignificant compared to a anything expensive. And while I’m not doing much work for it seems, I still am taking huge risks to do it.
I mean my mc wouldn’t mind getting to do some rich kid shit in Allie’s body for a day or two, number one being to take Allie’s no doubt fancy car or motorcycle for a spin, And at least Allie is cute and his height and build seems to be fairly close to my mc too so the experience is not particularly jarring. Plus Allie having to do mc’s gas station job for that similar day or two would be fun to see too.
But again, my mc does not want to risk getting stuck forever.
Very true and apart from maybe wanting to buy an apartment in a place like New York in a decent neighbourhood attending an Ivy League university is about as expensive as things get for most US young adults I’d imagine.
I have her pegged as one of the few other scholarship or diversity (that the US SC has just outlawed) admissions…with her quirky personality I bet she has one of the arts scholarships. Doesn’t really matter because Allie is filthy rich and odds are Klaus is too. Even if both mc and Darcy are part of the rare scholarship admissions.
Fair enough, I’m still betting on the latter because she specifically mentions having a job (even though her job is probably still way better and better paid than mc’s), as in J-O-B, not an internship or volunteer work to pad her college credentials, which would be more typical for a rich kid.
Not Al in particular given they’re the most convenient target (though they’d be a liability after all is said and done). That’s way too much of a change for me. Just someone’s who’s body I’d like also would need a lot of scoping out and thought put into that besides. But yeah getting stuck against my will is the biggest fear and do not want to wantonly mess around with it.
I wonder if Darcy is even rich? Given the time frame I’m kinda under the impression she’s earning the money still.

Just started this and reminds me of a yuri manga where the two kiss and swap bodies, swap swap i think it was called. Love this and the premise should be used more.
In swap swap it also changed what they liked for food as one girl liked bannas and the other hated them. It was basiclaly them kissing for pretty superficial reasons. But as a premise it was interesting and this is hilarious to see be used as an interactive fiction.
Ohhh this is gooood I have a feeling the arch thingy has something to do with what the person really wanted like the mc is poor so Mc can switch to Alistair body w/c is due to his status being rich and Alistair on the other hand is fed up with his reputation and image so he wanted an escape lol but thats just a theory
My guess was what someone who was in the kiss wanted like with the one couple the girlfriend wanted to help her boyfriend at sports so she became the good luck charm that made him a super soldier, and the MC wanted to fit in at school since they basically got ignored their first day so they can fit in using someone elses body. I just assume the arch is very literal and kind of a troll when it comes to abilities. But thats just my theory xD

I absolutely loved it! Im definitely looking forward to future updates! The story is really interesting and cute so far, the interactions with the ro’s are absolutely adorable. I wasn’t really expecting much of this since it only has 1 chapter so far BUT after trying out the game i got so hooked it was too painful to reach the end of demo😭 It was really enjoyable can’t wait to see more Goodluck on your writing!!

I really enjoyed the demo. The cast is what truly shines for me, considering how well-thought, entertaining and consistent they were. Plus, the Character/Influence/Morality/Action Choices system is pretty neat, with the way it can help you develop the character of the protagonist and the people around more profoundly along the way.
On a personal note, I would love to see more customization with my MC and make it impact the story, like not only personality quirks but looks and talent as well. However, if the author decides to stick with the way it is now then I am fine with that.
Nonetheless, seeing this only has one update so far, I wonder in which direction the game would go. How can the plot balance school life and mystery-solving, how much do the people with power matter to the plot, and how far does the romance progress? I am cautiously optimistic while adding this one to my interest list.
