Maybeeee you will meet the Hell Queens. An ending where you ascend to great power and influence in Hell is a certainty, so I’d imagine they’d be involved. How exactly they’ll be involved is still unclear.
She reminds me of a greek myth except gender swapped and modernized.

That wasn’t the original intention, but I certainly did realize Dahlia’s similarity to a certain Greek myth. Her being obsessed with the angel of death will actually be an interesting little subplot to write. Most of the characters you can have relationships with (friendships and otherwise. romance is just one part of the spectrum) will have subplots. Dahlia’s subplot will have to involve heaven in some way. There’s one last ‘relationship’ character to introduce, but this particular character isn’t affiliated with Hell.

Yes. The MC can. One of the paths is to betray Hell and ascend to Heaven. It’ll be difficult but doable. The next “relationship” character I was talking about is an angel.
Wrathful? Sweet just got to make him slap a few innocent kiddes and he’s off to the grinder. Then I have to find a place to stay, and grab some smokes. I like the Hell Machine idea though, that’s fun. So when do we get our demon form?
The demon form is associated with the “destruction” skill. When you use the destruction skill you can use your demon form to intimidate and frighten people. The other two skills, knowledge and manipulation, have less to do with the demon form. You will be able to use your demon form in the next chapter.
If you stay with Justinia you can solve the whole “place to stay and find smokes” situation in one swoop.
Will we be able to clean up Justinia house if we stay with her.
Sure you can. She’d likely be a little grumpy about you messing with her stuff, but she wouldn’t waste too much energy being angry.

3 Burn hell to the ground
4 Get sweet holy scythe
Not in that order
Step three might be difficult…
That makes it even more fun.
Besides difficulties make life all the more interesting.

Sounds like you wanna be a paladin, which is it’s own kind of fun. I like bad guys, good guys and righteously good guys with holy fire.

Thanks! The MC’s damnation is a big plot point, so there will be more explanation on that and the MCs family.
Progress is slow at the mo. I’ve got a novel I’m putting through the editing process and a job I just started, but I’ll start focusing back on this soonish.

I’ve been lurking in the forum for a while now but your WIP make me finally come out of my shell and post a comment for the first time ever hahaha.
I am curious, does the way we damn sinners affect our relationship with other characters? Like if you want to impress Justinia you will have to _____ ?

And, yes, it does affect your relationships. Justinia prefers emotional manipulation and underhanded tactics as evidenced by her damnation of Dr. Thornton hinted at in the prologue.
Asher prefers straight up brute force, intimidation and fear. He loves the good ole traditional hellfire and buckets of blood approach. He is a sadist.
Dahlia prefers the MC to take a more measured approach and to use the knowledge skill to study the sinner before they do anything.
Geert isn’t too involved in damning sinners and so he doesn’t care about any particular method. He deals more with the aftermath of damnation.
There is also an angel character the MC can get to know if the choose to take the difficult path to salvation.
I ran into that error myself! There are a few errors bouncing around. Gotta squish them sometime.
