They could go the PoMA route. It doesn’t effect the story but some people do react to you being the top of your generation in overlord mode.

First time i have seen an author ok with a harem ending, of course it will be a challenge, but, i think it’ll be one the people will’ take in stride’ (dunno if the saying applies here), and personally i’ll like to take it cause ur writing a xianxi history that its not only about thrasing our character, but, about fighting against the fecking monster trying to maintain us in their thumb hold

Honestly I hate the idea of cheat modes, especially in a game as easy as this one. It really doesn’t need it, and if someone wants to cheat that badly they can just make like four keystrokes and do it themselves. I think it can damage perception of a game, where if you look at something like POMA something like 80% of people play on the cheat mode. It’s a bit silly and will remove any sense of engagement with the mechanics and to a greater or lesser extent the story if there’s just a mode where you can keep clicking next until you’re done without a care.

I kinda agree with you being the game is pretty easy so far but also there’s only three chapters and the entire first and most of the second chapter where all free pluses to stats
But on the other hand people who just click next probably wouldn’t play at all because they don’t care about the story if they mindlessly click next
Also a lot of people only play games with cheat mode
And if anything happens when the saves don’t work a cheat mode would be very helpful
Also as someone who reads on a phone I can’t cheat without it being a feature

if you cannot cheat on phone try kiwi browser app it will let you cheat using advanced tools
You are quite silly if you think cheating is just about clicking the next button. We still make choices, and we still pick our romances and stuff. We’re just not getting punished for it. Furthermore, the fact that it’s optional seem to allude you.

I don’t remember this happening in Overlord mode, only at the beginning in the scene of your birth. But as far as I understand, nothing else changed? I could be wrong as I haven’t touched Overlord mode in a while and only play the Mortal mode. I thought apart from the beginning, people react the same no matter the mode.

Yeah, I think so too. People react more to your blood purity, and it is the same even if you have trash talent. Overlord mode just boosts XP gain.

That’s why I prefer the MC in Aura Clash to the NPC known as the Path of Martial Arts MC. They actually get to be a threat to those weaker, at the same level and stronger than them. Also more/better customization, both in appearance and in skill.

I like both games, but in PoMA, I feel like the game punishes you for not being evil, or at least that’s how I’ve perceived it. For example, if you want more power, it seems like you’ll have to go with the more evil master, eliminate almost the entire population, and other things, which left me with a bit of a bad taste since I don’t usually play evil characters. However, I like the story as far as it goes.

You can’t really compare that because the Mc in path has a set background (I imagine this is what you meant being there’s a set background but the author has at-least 3 books planned and it would take a while to make a sequel to a game whith different backgrounds take the infity saga imagine how much longer those would have Ben if you could have Ben a commoner or a merchant ect…)and that’s the only main difference in those terms and that has multiple books planned compared to this where he isn’t against the idea of a second book but he doesn’t know if he is going to make one so there is no cliffhanger that is never answered (in case he can’t make the second) so your characters power will be stronger here compared to path

Isn’t that kinda nice tho almost every game made makes you be good so it’s kinda nice when it’s encouraged to be evil
(The main reason I like choice of games is because you aren’t forced to be the hero personally)
Oh and usually games give rewards for both but from what I have seen the steal everything that isn’t nailed down option is one of the most reward giving choices in the game and that is definitely evil and I don’t even know if there is a large reward for being good in this game
