no no no, ending his bloodline aside, what matters is that it inflicts pain, like actual pain. the most comparison is the childbirth experience and getting kicked in the ball. now imagine how painful childbirth is, getting kicked in the ball is at least 1000th times more painful and leave more pain trauma since the “balls” hang freely, means it’s more vulnerable from blunt attacks and ripping/cutting. the fact that a significant amount of nerves contained there only make it worse. you see a woman giving birth and they say “let’s have another kid” because the pain is terrible but bearable to an extent (respect to all mothers out there) but have you ever heard a man getting kicked in the balls and hear him say “kick it again”? ye that’s how bad it is to getting hit in the balls. so this move would be perfect to temporary/permanently stop you opponent from getting up (literally)

Guys, I have an idea.
For the eventual side-effect of Taint,(basically demonic energy), I feel like it’s going to eventually have us become a demonic caricature of ourselves. So instead of a traditional “MC turns feral and monstrous”.
Let’s have an inner voice.
Hear me out. What this inner voice is basically is the entire amount of taint that the MC has collected through their journey. What it does is that they tell the MC to engage in sin and evil (Think if a family decides to invite MC into their home. The taint voice would try to convince MC to rob the family blind and murder them.)
This voice would grow stronger and more intense as more demonic energy is consumed, eventually corrupting MC’s aura and adding various alternative options to decisions they make.
This could be expanded further, but I want to see what you guys think. Feel free to add your own ideas to this.

Fair. It’s just an idea for now. But I do think it would work better if the Taint eventually forces you to do things instead of asking you.
sounds similar to “demon breakout” in poma since you do have the same mechanic of “crazy demonic voice telling me to do bad things to which I might enjoy”. if you put it that way then maybe the Taio voice speaking to us during our trip could be considered as one since he does warn us of certain danger and compliment us “you’re improving” when we try to rob the village that was razed in chapter 4.
as for my own idea i would think that the mc wouldn’t have any voice but rather a change in their personality, a subtle and slow change but definitely change them. for example at first the mc is reluctant to the idea of robbing and hurting people but gradually they enjoys doing it and finally, when they realize what they have done then it’s too late, they’re actually addicted to the sensation and the feeling of corruption that runs in his veins and souls. stuff like that would certainly interesting to watch, seeing a pure heart mc break down to a maniac that enjoys inflicting hells upon others.

akakiru can cut everything if reached high enough level, meaning it can “potentially” cut reality and change it to the wielder’s will. for example look at erza and the dragon eater fight during the “Fairy tail 100 years quest”, the dragon eater used a technique to cut erza’s willpower’s thread/string, making her a meek and shy girl while in reality she’s one of the strongest character in the series. so if we’re powerful enough we could just cut the string of their willpower and make them as timid/anxious/weak-willed as a mortal and simply defeat them or make them into our subordinates.
kiihakai means to imbue life into energy and give them a purpose, a new meaning in life, doesn’t that mean we can potentially create “cancer” if we’re skilled enough? imagine this: the energy we created was absorbed by our opponents and instead of dying out imediately, that enerygy stays within and disguised itself as one our opponents energy while wreaking havoc and turning his other energy cell into the same as our energy. by the time our opponents realize then it’s too late, their bodies are already on the verge of breaking down and they are experiencing imense pain nad agony from having their bodies destroyed inside out. (this might be a sensitive topic to others and if it does, i sincerely apologize)
kurokonton is basically push/pull and create energy that cancels out other energy. with the push-pull we could just create one push energy near the colon and a pull energy near the an*s and so we could literally shout "Shit yourself!", activate both energy functions and our enemy will absolutely shit themselves. another use for the negative energy is to cancel out the living energy within creatures, so that means we could just stop their hearts by using this skill and they won’t even notice their deaths, just one second alive and the next second dead.
for the midorikatai its basically “might makes right” and we just buff ourselves and beat our opponents till they can’t take it. pretty basic but if trained right and enough we couldn’t be stopped by anything since our physical bodies are too powerful to actually be held down by any tricks.

umm…so I’m not sure if this was noticed but when we meet the magistrate for the first time while playing as a kitsune he say we caused him a lot of trouble and address us as young kitsune which is supposed to be a secret.
I swear I’ve fixed that three times, I’ll give it another look
