Remember to haggle for better price (base on persuasion) because it can save a lot of shards/silver/gold; buy all path manuals, buy the “trash” soul treasure, buy the weighted cloth (and 3 extra for jin, rin and kosuke if you want to train with them), buy the facotum blessing if any of your skills are at 0 since it’s way cheaper and finally try to pickpocket others if your thievery skill is high enough and you could get 50 silver, 10-15 AP and 20-30 shards (no idea what happend if your skill is too low though)
edit: if you’re a yokai remember to buy the pieces at the butcher shop and got about 20-30 AP
basically if you’re short on money buy prioritize these: (highest = 1, lowest = 5)
- path manuals
- weighted clothing (try to buy for yourselves)
- facotum blessing
- “trash” soul treasure
- weighted clothing (for others)
also try pick pocket (if you’re confident enough)

So, the more i play, the more nifty combos I see when combining skills, or having a specific one in certain situations ((It was really smart not to just show every option as greyed out, if you lack the skill. Makes it more of a nice suprise when you discover it)).
If there is ONE skill that i absolutley want to see get its own scene, its the Iaijutsu/Quick Draw technique. Combine it with something like storm, light, darkness or even wind and ohohoohohoho.
