I know everybody has said it but this WIP is so good to the point where I can visualize each style in it’s application and each one having unique descriptions that ensure no style is inferior or less than the other. The humor’s great in a world where you are fighting for your life every second. The scene after the shrine maiden incident with Jin’s reaction makes me laugh each time. Also the descriptions on how Taio gets ended by the MC with each individual style is golden. From being able to nuke the guy to high heavens with Kiihakai to mangling the guy with beast style the descriptions and depth of the explanations are so well done. Also male Kosuke has issues🤣. From thinking male MC’s sister is hot to basically thirsting for the wolf girl and yokai but still being a bro. The potential this WIP has is huge👍.

I hope you’re not talking about the recommendations of Donghua/Manhua to watch/read between updates because we need it. This thread is basically always down bad, especially in the loud days after a fantastic update.

The humor in this game can be a bit of a hit or miss in general but i do like the tea joke, progressively being more anxious while repeatedly doing things is a classic. Glad to see another newcomer coming across this wip, cultivations is a really rare thing to see in any other forms besides novels, having this and POMA is a breath of fresh air

I suppose the higher my alchemy level the better this prize will be, right?
If so, does anyone know if it’s worth putting alchemy at level 5?
The bonus is 5 AP per alchemy level:

It turns out Father stays in business by only collecting ingredients from the areas no one else wants to tread - The stupid adults wouldn’t even let you see the well until after the blood spirit had been “exercised”. Why did a spirit need exercise anyway? (is it me or i misread this ?)

That’s… not an error? To tread as in, to walk on or along.
The other seems to be a wordplay on supposed child confusing “exorcised” with “exercised”. I.e. the mistake is intentional.

So I’ve played like 3 seperate playthroughs and unless this is a recent fix that happened on my current one, I’ve noticed that both the Blade and Mystic styles can’t have their eyes turn jade due to the Jade Dragon Foundation while the Wild style can. The hair can change but the eyes option is absent for those 2.

It’s kinda funny how MC thinks of Kosuke’s beggar status is lofty as a kid when you know that Beggar Sects are generally no jokes in settings like this.
Generally the boss of the Beggars is treated around the same as the boss of the Shaolins despite looking a lot goofier.

I used to be a lunargoth fan, but if you aren’t limited to growing a second tail, you might be doing it wrong.

I don’t remember if this questions been asked already but will we bake to join/create a different clan for our village/lands? Such as joining fangs “clan” that I’m pretty sure doesn’t exist but being able to make it one that focuses more on the beast oak aspect of the style. Or officially joining desdemonas clan. Personally I don’t want too be thunderfaller forever even taking it over wouldn’t be quite as satisfying as being the new sect in the area. Kinda want to create a rebel sect that doesn’t have too be made up of only warrior caste.

Why would you join other clan when you have your own ?
And it will take more work for author as well
And creating sect for non warriors is not worth it.every warrior and noble will be against you.you are warrior caste so you shouldn’t be worried about commoners.

After the play. Here my 2 rants 
In the begin of the story i saw it was about demonic stuff and didn’t want to try the play at all, because it always the same thing (toke me 2 week before jumping in).
- relate : Character race and orgin character.
.
.
After finishing other reading i begin reading with a frown and get suprise after some page.
The story was lively and colorfull like in the tumbnail (tumbnail play a lot in imagination phase).
All was good…really good…until
i get to the trainnig ninja with guiren and get kidnap (didnt have a chose is a story thing, ps: i did see that coming mile away, its ninja stuff after all, Training ===>.get kidnap===> and essscape… 
).
After this event i went berzerk, the story just jump forward and get disturb, then get back on track (fail at everything to escape and get save by a character that was nice to see in a story).
After some reading it get on track again event with taio after that i still don’t process all.
- prison nightmare, the story jump
- get rescue by a member of the sect is also a nightmare, the story jump
- Your character get on his feet again, still a nightmare
- go rescue guiren in the manor, the story get on track
- The mismatch story till the dock, its a nightmare to follow.
The end of the play was fine (begin with the death of taio)
Annoncement in the end was nice too.
Not kidding about the part of berzerk, i really get pissed of (that doesn’t happen very often but i think i was because i put 23h non stop reading, i was too invested).
