She’s not doing anything behind anybody’s back. She’s just into pain. And Bo is often in pain. She’s very upfront about that interest.
If you’re a patron, train Bo toward the end of the chapter. You’ll see.

Actually a patron, but the relationship dynamic of mc and ro’s are not very defined. Even in the story the mc don’t really say anything about them being their concubines. They just fuck them and act like nothing happened afterwards.
