Every time I enter the game (site version) an error occur and I cant play it. Someone know what can I do?

But I restarted and lost that save 
Ah, well if you hit the error again, write it down or grab a screenshot and post it here. Also send it to the support email linked at the bottom of every game page. It can get fixed then
