The only problem I saw was that Von Kohn kept going form girl to boy then back. And just a quick question will we be able to romance the princess of the empire?

And there is no actual princess in the empire, as of daughter of the ruler. The ruler of the empire is an empress but she will not be a RO

You will become one the strongest human and even among other races, you’ll be considered a threat, however the drawbacks will be really big

When we talk to Dorian at the party he asks us if we hate him for leaving us at the orphanage but didn’t Dorian get adopted after we were taken by the empire?

Ahahahah I can see why indeed, I’m glad the character made you feel so, because they are meant to be well, dismissive at best, and downright insulting most of the time.
I kinda feel that even human beings, the moment they have power over others, start to feel less and less involved and moved by other’s troubles and pain. All the more so god, so that’s why I wanted to make this entity as neutral, (chaotic/evil neutral) as possible in my story.

You didn’t get shipped right away by the empire, and Dorian was implied as being a genius (thus being a well sought after candidate for adoption) at some point in the story, so he was just awaiting adoption in the du Schwert family. I might add a line about this, thank you for pointing it out !

True enough lol and just finished the demo other then some wording errors and one moment of tisman being called Timothy when Marie comes up to all of us. Looking good though don’t recall if it’s been mentioned or not but how far have you gone in boosting of stat choices?

By the way will you make a cheat mode I know the story is set to make our life miserable 
but just to see different branches of the story.

That’s a nice idea ! But honestly, this story isn’t written in a way where you’d be able to have an easy life. Heck, I’d have to write a whole alternative story line for you to have an easy life XD
But more seriously, I’d like to try and make your recommendation happen when I’ll be more advanced in the story; having a cheat mode during the demo period is quite a good idea !

Thank you ! I’ll look at what you pointed out ! (for the wording errors, do you remember approx where they were during your playthrough ?).
For now, the stat choices are still not that relevant to the story (except the moment where you die).
Futher ahead in the demo, you’ll get two more chances to really improve your stats and it will be it, then you might be able to get a few minors improvements but nothing major.
(Nonetheless, my stats use in the story won’t make you totally unable to do one thing or another; yeah if your strength stat isn’t boosted, you won’t be able to break apart a reinforced concrete wall, but to stat relevant with the whole magic and physical reinforcement thing you can still pick up one or two people and run if there is danger, even though you only boosted your charm stat)

Unfortunately not off the top of me head another play through will need to be had and I will do eventually lol.
Makes sense to me on the stat choices I asked because there was moments in the game where the choices could imply that a stat boost could happen. in preperation for the future will admit while wanting to make life hard in the future I’m in that middle ground and a lot of it enjoyment wise will come down to how well the story is written.
Looking forward to seeing what comes next.

So, I noticed that even if I set Dana/Dorien to be female as a child, in the military academy I meet Dorien as a male (if my character is bi, that is).
Edit: Also, if I set my character to be attracted to females, Dorien is still male. (which is fine, but you labeled that choice as deciding the genders of all the RO’s, and I assume Dorien/Dana was meant to be one)

That’s a problem indeed ! I’ll correct it
Concerning the choices of RO’s when you are bi, it’s a bit more specific and I’ll have to write it in the og post (thanks for reminding me of that fact). If you take the bi option, you’ll encounter some ROs whose genders you can decide. But some of them will be gender locked. For Tisman/Timothy, you can choose the gender, Maria is genderlocked female, and Dana/Dorian is genderlocked male for the bi/attracted to male routes. I made this choice to put a bit more of structure and realism in the world building, because even though I find it good to have lots of choices in CoG, I think that most of these choices should be about the player’s actions and not the actual world surrounding them. Nonetheless, for the bi route, you’ll still encounter gender selectable ROs and for the ROs I’ll gender lock, I’ll always make a 50/50 male female ratio for the genderlocking

Yeah, I think you ideas for the structuring of the game are good. But for clarity, it sounds like you intended for Dana/Dorian to only be male for the bi/attracted to male route, but female of the protagonist is only attracted to females, right? I noticed that Dana/Dorian was still male when I was trying out the only attracted to females route. Also, if you mean for Dana/Dorian to be automatically male if you’re bi, it would be good if you removed the choice to set their gender when their first introduced at the orphanage, since as things stand I can choose Dana, but lo-and-behold in the next chapter I get Dorian.
Bugs aside though, I really enjoyed what you’ve written so far!
