Just try the demo, I must say it’s the best super hero book that I ever read on choices and hosted games. I will gladly buy it when he is release, do we know if the book is release this year ?

It doesn’t have a release date yet, but it does have a Steam page. It could come out this year, but I wouldn’t be shocked if it came out early next year instead.

I’m glad you make another game and although it’s not World Institute for Superpowered People: Episode One I’m glad some of the idea is here @MahatmaDagon

The reasons depend. Your powers, your mentor, your attitude… and the fact that people might be comfortable in a leadership position. But this also includes you, and there are moments in the game where the MC can go “Man, you guys figure this out, I don’t want to be the leader.”
If you send him to the police or to PARENTS, you should learn about his death soon after you get back to the headquarters. You can learn about the culprit (and their motive) later.
I put money and XP cheats, among some other things, in the menu. It’s called S.C.U.M. (Secret Cheats for Unsupervised Maniacs)
Everybody from the main cast, which means the people you can see on the cover, minus the kid in the futuristic costume.
I’ll let Morton answer that one if he ever bothers showing up here in the thread, but there’s a dialogue line where Rattlebag mentions his ties to Doctor Stepovic–a Dozovian expert in metahuman genetics that shows up later in the game–and we can easily connect those two things together.
Like @JasonTodd said, it gives temporary powers to normal people and a temporary boost in powers to metahumans.

@MahatmaDagon One more thing, i have question is it normal for the outcomes to be different on confronting the propaganda after completing 1 demo playthrough, at my first playthrough i need to chase him around new york now in my 2nd playthrough no matter how many times i restart i can’t get the sequence to chase him around new york
I just want to get that scene again because for me it’s cool how it’s showing our inexperienced and show like the comic book the hero chase villain around city

To chase propaganda around New York, you must have extremely poor agility and awareness, then you must try to reach him without being seen.

Yeah that what i mean and my point is. Because i already completed the demo once now everytime i play my ability get bonus 3 point in the beginning so no way i can fail the ability check on the story

I think I know the problems now, with the combination of chosing having super body as super power and the bonus so there no way i can fail
I gonna check time manipulation power is this also applied to this power or not

You can do it with time manipulation and elemental powers. Just make sure to try and find him without being seen and fail the check.

This is an awesome WIP! I’m in love with the world you’ve built so far, and the character interactions with the team are top notch. You’ve really captured the vibe of the teenage superhero genre, and it feels just like watching an episode of Young Justice or playing through a session of Masks.
Usually I don’t gravitate towards villain or evil playthroughs, but I really enjoyed playing through the Telltale path in Paris. I roleplayed it as a teenage hero “acting out” after losing their mentor, especially because there wasn’t anybody left to anchor them after the team fell apart.
Hm, the code seems to track a romance variable for Telltale, but their physical appearance (that we’ve “seen”) doesn’t match any of the characters on the cover, except for possibly the redhead with the sword, who I assumed was Cutlass/Vorpal. Is Telltale a planned RO?
In fact, has anyone identified who all the characters on the cover are? The only ones I’m unsure of are the kid with the hourglass armor, the hawaiian shirt guy, and the caped figure up front.
As a minor thing, during the fight with Progoganda, I snuck up on him, superheated his gun, and then knocked him out. The next page describes Flit tying him up and then LB coming over and punching Propoganda hard enough to knock him out. Did LB really feel the need to smack Propoganda after he was already unconscious and tied up, or did I stumble onto a bug?
Also, I noticed that Pathfinder doesn’t have a write-up in the characters section. Is that intentional?

Using the cheat to put quipping to 100, puts caring to 100; wanted to try and see if the fourth wall breaking was in already
I assume Telltale is the guy in the Hawaiian shirt.
He sort of gives me Tattletale vibes.
I thought that was the representation of our MC but I could be wrong.

The thing is, if he was born in 1999, he wouldn’t be a teenager anymore, so it must be something else, unless this game is playing in a whole different year.
Just want to said after playing the game several time. I hope we can also spend more time with othe r teammate not only flint because most of the demo have dialogue that rise flint affection and some special scene like in paris after kill rattlebones only applies to flint
@Zen1 I’m sure there will be more scenes with that character and the other characters we haven’t seen everything yet this looks to be a massive story

References aside, i like what the story have so far, but, the ros that got my atention is Alloy and Vorpal, cause flit sweetest and lil biggie are just not my thing from what i seen so far

Can some one tell me who is who in the cover picture above? I can tell who’s LB, Ghost, thelma and cutlass and MC but I dont get the others.
My guess is that blond-hair-purple-vest is Flit and the guy with the gun is Multitude. I can’t put a pin on the others.
