I would be a crime if I didn’t allow the player to frick crap up in Hell. What other reason would I give you the ability to control shadowy dark matter or grow claws?

Demons, the one thing I always put into my stories. I have had a demon OC named Korroa for the past 6 years, whom I literally write some version of him into everything. So when I saw demons I though, “Yes, the perfect time to break our Korroa and let him live a little.”
I think the idea will be spectacular, demons really tend to hold a reader down. But it depends which route you take it on. Anything overly religious based or holy war I feel people shy away from, unless it’s a fantasy god/goddess like… The Maker or Andraste.
Speaking of wars, that could be a good plot, whether it be politically with the higher up noble demons with whom you share your abilities with, or a physical war against the tyranny of the aristocrats who can shape shift like you, a lowly commoner. Just a few thoughts.
I look forward to seeing the first installation of this, so my BB Korroa can spread his flaming homosexual wings.

Interesting! Does Lucifer make a appearance? And of so I’m willin to bet the relationship between us and Lucifer is going to be interesting. Especially if we are trying to become the most powerful Hellspawn

I’ve been wanting a demon cog for a while so I’m definitely interested in this I’d like the choice of being a cunning trickster or intimidating monster and everything in between also day to day life in a place like hell and seeing the hierarchy of demons would be really interesting I’m not particularly interested in being good I think it defeats the point of being a demon but if it’s done well it might be something I’m interested in overall I’m looking forward to playing a demo of this

Here’s a new run-down of what I’m planning:
Ch1: Awakening
I woke up to the feeling of a gentle breeze on my face, a nice feeling to be sure. I opened my eyes, greeted by the sight of a pink-lavender sky and the light of a bright celestial body. The sight was breathtakingly beautiful, and I felt a strong nostalgia by just staring.
But something felt wrong.
I didn’t know how I got here.
Getting up quickly as realization set in, I looked around fervently, drinking in my surroundings. Seeing where I was supposed to reassure myself, but I couldn’t recognize it, only feeling a strong nostalgia.
-I tried focusing on the immediate vicinity of my resting place.
(I noticed that the ground was brown in color, but the surrounding wildlife various shades of black, green, and red, slightly moving at times if I focused for long enough.)
-I listened hard for more civilized sounds, hoping I’m near people.
(As hard as I try, however, I can only hear the sounds of brushing leaves and various animals, their calls ranging from melodious to grating on the ears.)
Watching my surroundings in awe, I suddenly hear the sound of a panicked sqeaking from my right. Swerving my head to see, I witness the brutality of the very forest itself.
A rodent-like creature, roughly the size of a small dog, is tangled in black, spine-covered vines growing from the ground, desperately trying to break free. The vines, however, tighten as the rodent struggles, which in turn makes the rodent struggle more.
They continuesly tighten, until I hear the adible cracking of bones, and the rat falls limp, it’s back and ribs broken. Blood drips liberally from the carcass, but the vines don’t seem to do anything else with it.
Witnessing these lethal-looking vines actually strangle another animal to death…
-I feel almost paralyzed at the moment, unable to move.
-I get up as quickly as is possible to find the least-threatening direction to get out of here.
-I get up in a fighting position, ready to face anything that may get in my way.
-I stand up cautiously, wanting to look at the vines more closely.
But the moment I do, I notice that they surround the entire area, and I’m effectively trapped.
-“Why can’t I escape?” I think to myself.
-“Go Away!” Yell inwardly.
-“They’re everywhere…” I think to myself.
As soon as the though goes through my head, the vibes start to retreat into the ground, dropping the rodent carcass as they descend.
Ch 2: A Kind Soul
“Hey, are you coming in or not?” The person asks.
-“Oh…o-of course!” I say, flustered from what’s happened so far
-Of course I am! Why are they asking me that question?
-“Why did you save me back there?” I ask cautiously.
(“You’re asking that now—well…I mean…I guess you do have a good reason, being here and all.” They say, mostly to themselves.
“Here?” What do you mean by that?"
They look at my incredulously, as if I asked why the sky’s purple, but it changes to surprise once they realize I’m serious.
“You’re either some kinda weird-looked damned or you have some real case of amnesia there. Do you really not know where you are?”
I nod.
“Well, if that’s all you know…then…I guess I should say ‘Welcome the the Abyss’, or Hell as its colloquially known as. By the way, the name’s Selin.” Selin said with a grin.
I had no idea who this person was or what agenda they had, but Selin was the first person to show some kindness.
Therefore, I liked them.)

Sounds fun. I’m going to the most overwhelmingly nice, goody two-shoes, compassionate demon known to man. The mere mention of my name will make others shudder and say “oh geez, not her.”
