You’d think that there would be an option to delete or get rid of trash reviews from people that ADMIT IN THE REVIEWS that they didn’t even read the material. If someone is going to put a year’s work into something, with half a desire to make a tidy profit on it, then they deserve that.

When ZE first came out, I obsessed over reviews and scoured the Web for anything written about ZE. But I found over time that it was becoming unhealthy to worry about them. I read reviews to figure out what works and doesn’t. I have found people don’t like try-before-you-buy. They like wide-ranging paths. The under 18 market is HUGE so you have to make the game accessible to younger players. And choices must matter.
I don’t care about 1s and 2s unless they give reasons for rating it low which are coherent.

Yeah I’m really glad that CoG didn’t put an in app demo on DH.
The reason I’m so worried about them is because I only have 4 ratings on Amazon, 10 on Chrome, 16 on Apple, and 79 on Android. For you, a one probably wouldn’t do anything. For me, a one would drop my ratings on Chrome/Apple/Amazon into the 3s (which would be devestating for both me and my sales) and it’d drop my rating on Android from a 4.1 to a 4
When my app first came out, I hovered around 4… I went to 4.6 and now keep steadily dropping since we raised the price.

Even when the price was doubled, it’s still a bargain. It’s $8 for 750,000 whereas Heroes Rise 1 and 2 are $6 for like 250,000. Why are people so selfish?

I’m having really good progress on Judgement of the Fallen. I expect to post the beta in about a month
