TES elves are some of the worst, yeah. XD
In my Skyrim runs, I think I killed more thalmor than imperials or stormcloaks. I really, really hate them. ![]()

Hmmm, Thalmors or Faerun’s dark elves… Hmmmm… ![]()
(Well, I guess Thalmors are more dangerous, since they’re a global power able to impose their unpleasantness to others, and dark elves in Faerun are just a decadent civilization too busy backstabbing each others to do anything important, really)
Ironically, Elder’s Scrolls dark elves are pretty okay!
Well the Dark Elves and the Bosmer are pretty good (At least better than the High Elves)
Honestly, I don’t know anything about the bosmer, so I can’t tell.
But yeah, beside slavery, the dunmer are pretty okay. Dark elves were always my favorite anyway, in every universe.
It’s mostly Skyrim’s dark elves are ok. and that’s mostly because of the recent oppression. If I had to rank which elves I had the best opinion of for that series, it’d be the orcs.
I always liked the imperials. Minus the armor, skirts aren’t my thing.
I’m not really against imperials. But Skyrim’s asked for it. XD
And you have to choose between them and racist nords… Or just ignore the conflict altogether but why would I ever do that?
The Bosmer ( Wood Elves) apparently made a deal with the trees they lived in that the Bosmer wouldn’t eat plant life and the trees let the live in them. So for a time when the Bosmer had a war they had to eat the corpse of the fallen otherwise, the trees wouldn’t let them live in them anymore so for a time all the Bosmer where all carnivores and cannibals!
They’re still cannibals. It made the Nimura quest pretty stupid for wood elves.
I thought I read something somewhere that only remote Wood elf villages practiced it still but maybe im wrong
It’s common enough that they don’t have a taboo on it, again making the cannibalism quest stupid, because it’s accepted.
@bl00dragon Do we have any cannibal races running around?
For Elder Scrolls, I prefer the Brenton’s and almost every other game i stick with Human or some netrul immortal race
The same goes for werewolves and vampires, who are both already cannibals.
Dark Elves are kinda in between I guess, in Skyrim they are the oppressed race so you’d be more sympathetic to them but In Morrowind some were pretty arrogant. Don’t forget the they were slavers for centuries and the Argonians later had their revenge by invading much of Morrowind. Overall I find them really interesting though, their lore is one of the best.
Anyway about the Wight Knights, how does someone become one? Do you have to be born as one or it’s a choice?
The Drukhari in Warhammer are really sadistic. They torture captured slaves from other races to keep them immortal. Their armor though is pretty badass.
Also will this be a series or just a one and done type game?
Yes. Ghouls are the first example, vampires don’t really count as cannibals I think. Beside that there’s other humanoids that eat humans but mostly chaotic.
A series. It’s too big to fit in a single book.
Yeah, they’re pure evil. But they’re really cool.
I don’t know if I’d call it cannibals, being a cannibal means eating someone from your own specie. When you become a vampire you’re no longer your own specie but a vampire instead. If you use console commands you’d even see your race changed into vampire. Besides they only have to drink blood and not eat the flesh. Werewolves still count as humans ( with a disease) but I haven’t seen any of them eating human flesh in the game.
Can things like skeletons even eat? I mean where would the food go to when your body is all bones o.o
In Elder Scrolls Aela tells you that eating your enemies will make you stronger and the dragonborn can answer to Harkon question that he and the other vampires are a cannibal cult.
Oh I don’t remember this, it’s been years since I played this game
From what I remember both the vampires and the werewolves were kinda underwhelming though.
As a werewolf I didn’t even use his beast form at all (using your normal armor and weapons is much stronger) but just got it for the disease resistance. Being a vampire was also more of a disadvantage than an actual benefit so I never became one until I downloaded vampirism mods which made it a lot better.
If you went the restoration tree and got necromage (restoration 70 required) you’d be really op it boost all effect you deal to undead that includes yourself
